I don’t even want to give this company any stars DO NOT ORDER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WONT GIVE A REFUND. Exchanges you have to send it onto china at your own expense. All my emails are now going to trading standards as its been going on since Christmas.

I ordered a heated gilet as a Christmas present, and on their website, they listed delivery times before Christmas. The order was delayed and didn't arrive until January. I then tried to return it, but was told it would have to be sent to their distribution centre in China at my expense. It is misleading as it is not mentioned in the returns/refunds section of their website. When I responded with a complaint, they offered a 40% refund, which I was told would take 10 days to be in my bank account. I've been chasing my refund for three months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
If you have a similar experience, you can contact your bank and ask them to raise a 'merchant dispute request'.

Confirmed my returned items in January!! Paid £31 to return to their base in china.
Still chasing my refund, they just will not send it back - just waiting on me to stop chasing emailing or leaving reviews! Totally criminals - do not use this company cause if you need to return an item - expect huge postage costs and then no refund!
Promise what you will see is a reply from them saying how sorry they are all nice and to contact their customer service- but reality is they don’t reply and have stolen my money by not refunding me.
Outrageous company - do not buy from their site!
All over social media how criminal this company is - brutal, do not buy from them.

Still waiting for a refund from an item purchased in December after many emails back and fore.....Will be very surprised if this is refunded!
As to other reviews I was not aware of where goods were coming from I would have stayed away. Website looked good...but now my PC wont let me on it....say no more!

The heated fleece I ordered was so small it wouldn’t even go on and I ordered a 3XL. It wouldn’t fit my husband either and he is a standard L. On requesting return details, I was informed it came from China and it wouldn’t be worth my while to send it back due to high postage costs. They offered an exchange (I already had the largest size so no point). After many emails they agree to refund 25% of the cost of fleece. Not happy but I agreed. Many, many emails later, after promises each time that it would be sorted, I have still not received any partial refund. This has been going on since January. I would never have ordered if I’d known it came from China. Would not go near this company again!

Dreadful company. I ordered a heated top but the sizing was way too small. They ship from China and any returns are expected to be sent back there at your cost, despite their website indicating they are Dutch. They stopped responding to my emails at one stage and I had to contact them via their website, which took me back to the start of the process. After numerous emails they promised a part refund but having read all the other reviews I gave up as I don't believe this will ever materialise.
I know they will comment to say how sorry they are and to email them to resolve but they are all talk and no substance and life is too short to spend any more time conversing with them.

Waited a long time for my husband heated coat to arrive . Finally arrived once I had left the country for a month . By time I got back and actually looked into the coat . It's terrible supposed to be a size large mens coat . It's fit for a child. I was asked to send a picture and measuring the coat and received a reply unfortunately there is nothing they can do because the size is correct. Correct for a child not a man . Total waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I would give them zero stars if this was an option. It’s been two weeks since I tried to place an order- but cancelled it immediately because the transaction was processed before I could apply the discount code or click on my Apple Pay. I contacted their customer service to either refund or apply the 10% discount. She asked me to cancel and reorder. Payment was pending so I did not expect them to process the payment despite cancelling immediately. I have not been refunded despite numerous emails.I honestly believe they are scammers and would not trust this company.

Please learn from my experience...which has been beyond a joke.
- Order placed 09/12 with lead time being 7-10 days.
- Product (hoody) arrived in January.
- Product is faulty and does not work.
- Reported immediately and dozens of emails back and forth over the last 2 months to try and resolve. They have requested photos and videos multiple times. All of which show the faulty product.
- Now told too much time has passed and the best they'll do is offer a 50% store credit! Like I'm ever going to order from them again.
It was only a £50 hoody!
I have copies of all the emails if they reply to this to try and avoid blame.
There are plenty of other companies offering similar products so definitely try them. They cannot be any worse than this place.

After weeks of pointless emails back and forth they finally send out a replacement which again would only fit a child
Absolute joke and £60 down the drain !
Vests also don’t come with battery pack

With reach out from them in here saying they are sorry for my experience!!
However I still email ,I still wait for refund - having requested ,then been promised twice now..the Refund is none existent.

Inefficient and appalling customer service. Phone number does not work. I would not buy from this company again due to my bad experience.
On the plus side , I finally received the refund due to me, and promised via email at least a couple of times since last December 2025, 3 months ago , but only after.sending around 18 emails over a period of about 15 weeks, involving my bank to initiate a charge back and threatening legal action .
Worst customer service ever despite the polite AI type replies, which are all style and no substance as no action was taken.
So two stars as I was refunded ....eventually ....

I ordered a heated top and the sizing was completely off — nothing like the measurements advertised. The quality felt cheap, and when I tried to return it, I discovered it’s basically impossible. They refuse to process a refund and will only offer a different size if you leave them a positive Trustpilot review first. Completely unacceptable. Items are not sized as per their website sizing charts (all come up small)
There is a series of items that are being miss-sold indicating that heating packs are including and they do not arrive with the equipment.
They will try every trick in the book not to offer a refund (for example I bought a set and as one of the dimensions was correct (all the others were not) they deemed only a 50% refund would be due. I am still having issues sorting the refund and have had to elevate this to an ‘Section 75’ claim with my credit card provider.
They also ask any returns to be sent to China at the buyers cost - which is not mentioned within the returns or refund policies which is a clear and blatant breach of UK consumer laws.
Delivery is also stated as 5-10 days but for us it took over 3 weeks, and I had to chase repeatedly for updates.
