Dimitar has been great, gave me lots of useful design tips and got on board with my vision really quickly. And all of this in a 30’ consultation.

Love this company. Easy to use. Completely custom package for my needs when redesigning a bunch of rooms in my home. They were so helpful in figuring out which packages I needed. I had a wonderful designer who really listened and understood what I wanted from my vague explanations. She gave me answers to questions but also showed me how to be brave and try things myself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HiiGuru (especially the designer Idil) and will be using them again in future.

My husband and I are in the process of changing our office/guest room into a nursery/guest room for our baby who's on the way. I had a consultation call with Jennie, who validated my initial thoughts on furniture placement and gave me some great ideas for colors, accessories, and a way to bring the whole room design together without being too matchy. I appreciated that Jennie came to the consultation prepared with some images she thought could work for the room, based on pictures I shared from the rest of my house. After the consultation I felt inspired and excited to move ahead with this direction for the room! Jennie was also warm and fun and easy to talk to. HiiGuru was the perfect support for me with this room design, because I didn't want to bring on an interior designer to handle the entire project and just needed a little confirmation and nudge in the right direction. For my flat refurb project, I booked Sam for unlimited access and felt instantly reassured by his support and knowledge. He was able to guide me through some key decisions, gave me his expert opinion, and also helped answer some small questions that came up along the way. He was also able to help me anticipate certain things I never would have thought of otherwise. It was amazing to have such easy access to an expert at such a reasonable price!

I had a great session with Laura! I was about to make a disappointing and expensive mistake but she reassured me that the sofa, fabric and colour I wanted would work - as well as helping with complementary colours and lighting tips!

I am moving to a new flat in a few months and wanted to take the opportunity to make the place truly a home and reflective of my style. I had a session with the Interior Design Guru, Bronwyn, and she listened to all my challenges (I have 2 kids and a lot of clutter!) and my preferences, and she helped me define a plan on how to get started with my interior design process. I was so impressed by how Bronwyn broke things down in an easy-to-digest way - not an easy ask when I’m pretty much starting from scratch and have absolutely no design experience at all! Now I don’t feel alone in this process, and know that I always have a Professional Interior Designer on call whenever I need help (without having to pay for a whole project!). I used HiiGuru to help with our living room plan and decor. My boyfriend and I had just bought a place and were struggling with our lounge’s layout, and how to style it in a way that we both liked. Peter gave us different ideas on how to tie together all the elements in a cohesive way. It was exactly the expert advice we needed to give our new space a boost!

I had a virtual interior design session with Dimitar and he was great at giving me advice on everything from wall colours and furniture to shelf styling and how to best achieve symmetry in my living room area. I used Peter as my design guru and could instantly tell he was very knowledgeable in this space. We talked a lot about symmetry and what would fit best in my space. I have already incorporated some of his ideas!

When my hot water stopped running, hii guru came to my rescue this weekend! Moe , the home repairs guru, instantly gave me the confidence that we would fix my boiler on the zoom call and indeed we did in 5-7 minutes! The whole experience was unbelievably friction free, effortless and so affordable. I am amazed that this works so well! Easy and fuss free online booking system, and prompt consultation. My Guru was friendly, supportive, and more importantly, fun! Would definitely be using more of Hii Guru's services in the future!

I used HiiGuru's beauty service to learn how to do a proper winged liner once and for all. I had my session with Atira, who was so knowledgeable about makeup techniques. She demonstrated two techniques based on my eye shape and eyelid, and gave me tips that I've been searching for endlessly on YouTube (without success)! I would highly recommend Atira to anyone who wants makeup advice and to learn some tips and tricks. She made our session super fun too and it really made me miss going to Sephora and trying out new products and techniques.

My wife and I had a consultation with Fiona, one of Hii’s sleep consultants. We had a session with Fiona to help our 4 month old transition from sleeping in our bed to her own cot. We also needed to get her going to bed earlier. Fiona was so easy to talk to and really took into account our parenting style. She gave us practical advice as well as a realistic timeline of what to expect and when. The first two nights were tough, but every night saw an improvement and after one week our daughter was at her desired bedtime and sleeping contently in her own cot. Fiona’s help has completely changed our evenings and both parents are sleeping better as a result 😊

I had a skincare consultation with Julia and I was highly impressed. She was friendly, professional, knowledgable. She went through some biological and scientific reasons for why our skin does what it does which was super interesting and also gave me some practical day to day tips for keeping a healthy skin and skincare routine. She answered all my questions and provided me with a ton of insight. She also followed up with notes which was quite handy. The hiiguru platform is really user friendly, I was able to book and then jump on a zoom call pretty easily and smoothy. So convenient to have this virtual option and expert advice at your fingertips. Highly recommended - 5 stars.

Had a lovely first consultation with Fiona to help on a sleep issue with my toddler. The platform was easy to use, call was quick to set up and Fiona was so helpful in answering my questions, very knowledgable and with useful / relevant ideas to try. I needed an expert opinion about skincare, which I found on Hii. It was so easy to book an online consultation. Julia, my expert, was very friendly and knowledgable. She explained the root cause of my concern in a comprehensive, yet simple way. She gave me thorough advice, which I can’t wait to apply to my skincare routine.

I use hii today and I was very positively impressed. Moe was the Guru and we connected about a couple of general house issues. Moe immediately sounded professional, reliable and nice. He listened to my issues and he immediately and confidently had clear advise for me on how to resolve them. I honestly didn’t expect this to be so useful. Something I couldn’t figure out on my own and having a quick chat and the expert eyes of someone professional was really helpful.
I though overall the hii experience was great - it was super easy to book and it all went very smooth. I will definitely use it again and recommend to others.
