Many people struggled with unhelpful customer service, frustrating communication, and extremely long delays when trying to resolve urgent problems. Can't link my existing watch to my new honor phone

Have tried to link my Huawei watch to my new honor phone without any success. The only devices it allows are honor well the watch was a Christmas present and I am happy with it and not prepared to buy an honor phone to be able to use the thing properly. Very disappointed as it won't work with honor health and it won't allow me to download my Huawei health app that did work very well. Would not recommend at all

Honor lack Honour

Honor lack Honour! My Magic2 main screen delamination and failed after a few months. I sent back for a warranty repair. They told me it was outside warranty because the outside screen had some damage (unrelated) and they cannot do partial repairs. This is a £1000 phone and they want over £800 to repair it. My Samsung Fold had a similar issue and they took it back and repaired it without question. Honor really are rubbish. When I called them (they never replied to emaails( they lied about not having received emails even though another person had told me they could see them, and then they simply sent the damaged phone back without any explanation. I need to escalate this. Anyone else experienced such poor and dishonest treatment?

Very poor customer service lets down the Honor experience

Very poor customer service, I wish I had checked out customer reviews before spending a lot of money on Honor products. They ignored me for weeks and cut me off while on online chat. They accused me of damaging the phone without even looking at it. I had to get outside help and they still doubled down on blaming me, I am now stuck with a phone with a major fault as I have had to give up after nearly four months of waiting around.

False Advertising???

Bought a tablet which advertised SD card slot to expand the memory. But it does not matter what I try no app will go through to the SD card. Been on to customer service who gave me a set of instructions but still no joy. Been back on to customer service but no reply. Have since read of others having the same problems. This to me so far looks like false advertising and maybe should be reported to trading standards. This is very sad as I've just bought a phone and tablet from this company and am very happy with the products apart from the above

First and last HONOR phone I purchase…

First and last honor phone I purchase and the persons who do the write ups on how good they are need prosecution for well a load of old 🐂. this is your typical rip off. I've fallen for Chinese tat low end exspencive rubbish. Give me back my Huawei lite 20 back it was around same price but it's updates were brilliant.
This honor magic 5 with snap dragon processor "couldn't pull the skin off a rice pudding. The sounds are
dreadful playing music on loud speaker is absolutely rubbish. The phone it's self is OK for size but it's like there's nothing inside.
The display is the only thing I can actually say that's any good.
It seems to have issues with its aireal as reception is terrible and Internet I can almost see the screen page turn
Slow it's painful watching well I spent £230.00 on this honor and that's where it'll stay because don't believe all you read from people who write reviews because this one said it gave Samsung a run for its money.
That's funny because all I feel is ripped right off. the moral of the story don't buy nice boxes with rubbish inside promoted by idiots who claim to be tech guys who probably got back handers for bigging up cheaper rubbish stay well clear. From what I'm seeing on here I'm not alone lots of unhappy customers who will inevitably stay clear from the brand HONOR PHONES

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY HAVE NO HONOR.

I bough an Honor phone via EE, 3 weeks into having the phone half of the screen stopped working.
I contacted EE to see if they could help , they said they couldn't and they told me to get in touch with Honor.
I got in touch with them and they asked me to send my phone so they could give me a quote and they lost my phone.

I have the receipt and everything.

after 2 months of chasing them , they told me to put in a complaint with Royal Mail.
I didn't had an arrangement with Royal Mail, I had an agreement with them, they are the ones that sent me the gifi bag to send the phone to them, and now THEY LOST MY PHONE!

They are refusing to give me a refund on an item that coast me 1800 pounds.

I HATE HONOR.

They have horrible people working for them, the lady that I spoke with was passive aggressive and harassed me as well, via email, when I specifically said that I didn't wanna talk to her anymore or want her around my case..

I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN, THEY HAVE NO HONOR.

HONOR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Honor Magic V2 Foldable

As a loyal Samsung user, I took a chance on the Honor Magic V2 foldable phone. It looked stunning—ultra-slim, vivid dual screens, and competitively priced. I was excited, even though I had some hesitation.

But after just 5 months, the foldable screen failed completely. A white line appeared, and the screen went blank. I hadn’t dropped it, yet the retailer insisted I must have. The repair cost was more than the phone itself, and it wasn’t covered by warranty.

My wife surprised me with a second one, hoping to restore my faith. Three months later—same issue. This time, two dots appeared in the corner and the screen stopped working. Again, I was told I must have slammed it shut. I work in an office. I don’t slam phones.

Two phones. Same failure. Same dismissive support. The Honor Magic V2 is not fit for purpose. A foldable phone should survive normal use. This is like shutting your car door and the window shattering—ridiculous.

Repairs are expensive, support is poor, and the device is too delicate for everyday life. I’ve gone back to Samsung, where reliability isn’t a gamble.

Verdict: Avoid the Honor Magic V2. It’s beautiful, but beauty fades when the screen fails—twice.

Poor warranty service

I am very disappointed with the warranty service given by HONOR, l purchased a HONOR 400 phone and after a few weeks I could no longer receive calls. The phone was sent for assessment but instead of sending a new phone under the 180 day replacement policy they want to charge for the repair which has taken over 3 weeks and still no phone. Buyers think twice about honor products.

Do not buy an honor and do not try to speak to customer service

So thankfully I didn't actually purchase my phone from Argos or anywhere else like that I purchased it from a place that I've been with for seven years and that is EE this is the problem with honor I will never ever in my whole entire life ever purchase a phone again let me just make that perfectly clear not only that the customer service is run by kids basically I purchased a phone with a redeem for a headset a watch and a speaker I have contacted my provider which is EE and they have told me this is what they offered them now anyone that knows the industry knows that basically EE are using their brand name in my eyes for a s*** company back to my story parts of the honor 400 Pro with being told I could get these free items which I've just mentioned goes to redeemit IMEI number the company where you bought the phone from and then next the bit that I have struggled with and I'm not paying for and they clearly couldn't be bothered to do this for me so after speaking to EE telling them that this company is making them look bad they asked me what the problem was and I said the only problem I've got is a 1MB photo and like I told the customer service team I'm not paying just a converter photo where most photo pictures now are between 6.71 MB minimum so why have you gone back to the stone ages so I thought I would speak to the customer service they said write an email why I said so you can get to the right department I'm like you're all together I'm ringing honor customer service remember they're like yeah no it's a separate department why the f*** is it is separate department anyways and was told to email them and everything that I had already discussed so I thought I would go on to the online chat anyone that uses AI is just a lazy company in my eyes period doesn't matter if it's from the NHS or whoever it is it is pure and utter laziness my personal opinion I speak to free advisors sends them my picture sends him my IMEI and my address and said can you submit my redeem no you have to do it well I'm having problems so can't you do it no you have to do it and I'm like going through these conversations I am telling them sending them the link and telling them to go through their own process and try to do what I've been trying to do for a week without paying for a photo to be reduced just because they can't change their system and let people upload a standard photo why would you want a compressed folder file instead of the actual picture the pixelation is absolutely terrible the list goes on anyone that has a technical background would know that and I pretty much got to know you have to do it and that was the conversation I would love to upload the photos of how constructive I was being to accompany that has no clue on what they're doing and that was my experience never ever ever purchase a phone from such a s*** company that can't even understand what the hell you were talking about thank you to whoever reads this please do not waste your money or anything to do with this company it needs to be done and dusted

Honor 200 really poor

Bought an Honor 200 from Argos, they don't accept returns if the box is open (how ele can you know the phone is faulty) so I contacted Honor support. I explained the phone is slow, it stalls and when I tried to restart it in recovery mode the options are in Chinese!!!! Honor is refusing to support this and all it takes is a look at the feedback on this phone to see it is the same with other users. Stay clear! They will not support you if something goes wrong!

I'd give my Honor phone 0000 Zero!
I've stuck it out for a year but enough is enough. Won't link to computer rings people when you hang up a call, has periods when it just won't respond and requires reboot. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Really poor service

Really poor service, it's easy to contact these guys but the service is terrible, technical knowledge is poor at best and replies to the chat service are slow and mostly useless, I have a £1700 phone that takes poor pictures and I can't get any decent service from Honor UK, looks like this will be the last phone I buy from them

Avoid

I returned a faulty Honor MagicPad 2 using the return label they provided. DHL refused to ship it because it contained three lithium batteries—something that goes against their own shipping policy. Yet Honor continues to send parcels with the exact same setup:
• 1 device
• 1 Magic Pen
• 1 keyboard case

Their customer service? Completely unhelpful. Don’t even waste your time with the live chat, they also don't answer emails.

This whole situation has been a mess from start to finish. I’ll never buy from HONOR again—unprofessional and completely amateurish

Lying Fraudsters

Send out emails promising vouchers for discounted earbuds, then change the T&C's before giving out vouchers saying they're only giving out 100 codes? Just a data harvesting exercise, but what do you expect from a dodgy Chinese company that used to be part of Huawei.
