Absolutely dreadful customer service
Absolutely dreadful customer service - they made an error with applying an out of hours message which meant that our customers had the wrong information all over the Easter break. Then when we tried to get urgent action to correct this it took 2 emails and a phone call over a 2 day period to get any form of action and response. I would give zero if I could

From the moment Charlie came in to dicuss our options to recieving the equipment and then to Chris in actually installing the new hardware, I couldn't be happier with 4Com.

SITE VISIT FROM HI HI
We had a visit today from Steve who came to address a broadband issue we had with our phones.
He was polite and personable and was quick to identify the issue. He liaised with our Tech support and was very helpful. He explained what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it.
