18 months into the contract
18 months into the contract, the telephone systems get upgraded.
The new system now doesn’t have the removable screen, nor can it be used to monitor security cameras, which was my added bonus on the initial involvement with this system. It’s basically a phone system, apparently now a clearer line but the bonuses we appreciated all not available. 😬. The system good no doubt for busy call centres, recording calls etc etc.
