Same-ordered Resistance bands- took a month, tried to cancel- responded with excuses and then the poor quality was unbelievable- thin plasticky-rubber with an offensive odor. Scam!!!
I ordered a product that I was charged on 3/27. Today is 5/28 and I still haven't received the product (resistance bands). This is a scam site. I just requested my refund via my credit card.
HighZoo.com OR GearDate website DO NOT USE. They are NOT a local company in NJ, they are from China. I ordered resistance bands from HighZoo.com and 20 days has gone by still with no product. I knew as soon as I saw my Paypal receipt in Chinese lettering, that I made a bad decision. I tried to cancel my order within 20 minutes of placing it and it took 6 days for someone to respond. Supposedly my order had been shipped and they couldn't issue a refund. 10 days later I send another email and was eventually told the order has been reshipped. OVER IT and feel as though I probably won't even get my order. Disheartening!!
