Very pleasant. Order dispatched immediately, well packaged and presented, even with two sample tea bags. The package was trackable and arrived 2 days after ordering. Very happy with the purchase and the product itself, would recommend

Warning. This company is excellent until something goes wrong. I had 12 orders of excellent tea. There was then a problem with the 13th. The company does not respond to messages through the website or direct emails and the telephone number on the website is inoperative.

I purchased some items on their site, I got messaged saying it was all out of stock, I shouldn't have been able to order the items and an investigation into what happened was being conducted, what ever that means. They offered a refund for the out of stock items and offered to send something for free. So I though Ok they're trying to fix this mistake, they asked what I wanted and I told them something similar or a refund.... then nothing, no communication no matter how much I messaged them, ignoring all my messages, eventually a parcel arrives, they had refunded me for one of the things that was out of stock and replaced something else with some nasty black tea, they had also charged me for the roasted almonds and send me another pack on unmarked tea, I asked twice what it is and no one would tell me, they simply don't reply to messages. Absolutely will not be dealing with this company again. They've basically charged me for a load of stuff I don't want and won't tell me what it is and won't reply to any messages. awful customer service.

I received my package today and I am delighted with my purchase. I bought small sizes (60g gift) so I could choose my favorite, and everything arrived quickly and perfectly packaged. The teas smell delicious and the one I tried was excellent. I'm looking forward to tasting the others. Thanks also to the customer service who was able to help me when placing the order for shipment abroad.

I've been really enjoying their Assam Harmutty for a few months now. One of the most enjoyable Assam's I've tried.

I bought an Assam selection box to try out some more, and was really excited to give them a go. Unfortunately it was really disappointing. They were packaged in a cardboard box with the teas in thin paper pouches without airtight separation. Somehow they all (the ones I could bring myself to try) ended up smelling and tasting bland and musty. My usual Harmutty Assam was in there too, so I had a clear benchmark - that was equally bland and musty.

I emailed them asking to package differently. No reply. I replied to ask for a refund. No reply. I replied again requesting some kind of response. No reply. So here I am leaving a negative review.

If they'd at least replied I'd have been more OK with the idea of buying from them again - at least the full size bags of tea with which I'd previously had no issue.

I did email them a pre-sales query before, and they replied promptly to that. So I know they're reading them. :(

Amazing array of teas, thoughtfully presented and assembled and elegantly packaged.

Huge variety of teas and I loved the Darjeeling selection offering great choice to the customer to try and taste before buying.
One of the best independent tea suppliers I have found after Fortnum’s teas’ quality I have found to slip occasionally.
Thoroughly recommend them.

The tea is great but the customer service is non-existent. Tried several times to report a problem preventing creation of subscriptions to a particular tea, never got a response and months later it's still impossible to subscribe to that tea.

I ordered high quality Dammann green tea which is great, quick delivery, no issues

I ordered Earl Grey with rose. I was sent a bag of green tea. Clearly labelled incorrectly. I have emailed High Teas but received no response.

Slight delay in shipping but due to external reasons. Otherwise, good service and selection of teas that are difficult to find here. Additional samples were sent but not packaged properly. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful high tea this afternoon. The service couldn't be faulted. Chef Jomom made us feel very welcome, the food was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Excellent sandwiches cakes and scones. As much as one wanted. Really nice Browns own afternoon tea from a large selection. We were encouraged to try more than one. The usual refined atmosphere. Staff worked exceptionally hard to please and provide an excellent experience, in particular Yonka

Avoid if you actually like nice tea.

I have always enjoyed loose leaf tea but have purchased at my local supermarket. Sadly the range was a bit limited and just the usual brands supplied so i took to Google. High Teas were my choice and i wasnt dissapointed. The Tea was delivered fast and they also offer a subscription so i could automatically renew my Assam Tea monthly. Cant reccomend enough fi you appreciate good organic tea...Lots of choice too...

Have been shopping at Highteas.co.uk for some time now. I am a very satisfied customer. It is really high quality tea. The packing is excellent and the sending time is short (I live in Denmark). The prices are not cheaper og more expensive than other places. Guess its what you would expect for high quality tea, though my experience is the quality is higher than many other places.
If you are looking for high quality tea from India, China, Taiwan, Nepal - you sure should go there have a look.!
