I bought an electric Pressure Cooker King Pro from a local harvey norman store. It did not come with a recipe book which tells you how much liquid is needed, which varies depending on what you are cooking. I contacted HighStreettv to complain about this as it's a basic necessity for using the pressure cooker. I had an immediate response and have now received the recipe book with instructions on how much liquid should be used. I had been used to using a non electric pressure cooker for years so it does take a little bit of getting used to but overall I'm happy with it and the timer function means you don't have to stay with it as it switches itself off.

I placed an order for next day delivery Saturday 23rd January, using amazon pay just after cut off time. I knew it was unlikely to arrive on Sunday but should be with me by Monday, still waiting. I am unable to get through on the phone. Shocking service
Do not offer next day if you cannot delivery.

Horrible. First time costumer. Bought Veggy bullet. Instead off that got plastic bowl!!!! They do not answer calls, ignore emails more than a week. Totaly ruined my project. Never ever again. They gave me promising answer on trustpilot.com and thats it. Just for nice picture for other sheeps.Thanks I bought throw paypal. Hopefully they will refund back. Never had such mess with amazon. Not surprised they are rich. They are just best servoce thats why I can trust my money.
Times are difficult for everyone. Do not take money iff You can not secure Your ability to work properly.
And today I got email from them! I was so happy until opened it and saw they want my happy review on recently bought Veggy bullet as they wrote "untill my memories are fresh" witch I did not received !!! Sick.
I did send complaint on HigstreetTV to Nutribullet company in USA.
Update: Paypal issued refund order and they agreeded.

I was quite cautious when I placed the order after reading all the negative reviews. However, I'm quite impressed by how quickly the order was shipped. They issued the refund of missing item over PayPal but it didn't go through. I emailed customer service and the refund was processed slowly but cannot complain during this difficult time. Don't buy the Sleep Origin pillow it's a waste of money even on sale as it gives me sore neck and shoulder when I wake up.

How does this actually work

Ordered the Yawn bed on 13th Oct still not received 26th Oct, chased 23rd Oct to be told would receive with 24 - 48 hours, never came. Rang them today 26th Oct to be told the Hermes lost parcel. Challenged why they didn't inform me, basically they don't know until the calls and they go into their system. Recieved email requesting feedback on service 25th Oct, left a review stating not yet recieved and wouldn't use their service in future and would stick with Amazon, today recieved an email that the feedback was against their website guidelines and hope to publish next time. What!
