Customer service is horrible.

This casino is not worth the time at all I deposited a total of $50 and never did i get a bonus on any of the games I played. I played a total of 20 different games and nothing. I could compare this casino to gum on the bottom of my shoe. This casino should be shut down. Plus the games are terrible. If I had it my way I'd find this place and pull the plug on it all and do the world a favor. This is what happens when a casino isn't kept in check by a gaming commission. Do not waste your money here people. It's a scam.

I'm thinking .. then I try and log in with Email and password, and theres an authentication error?? What BS ,then I emailed the issue to their support and Lee a robot human or whatever 😡😡 responds to my email with troubleshooting problem fixing email BS no help at all like the rest of the honest people saying the same thing about these guys Scammers quickly snatch your cash and throw you under the bus.... I've spent $500 tonight.I got one bonus betting two dollars...7 dollars on 10 spins... Should be name high losers.

This was a favorite site until 12/21/24. I cashed out a small amount. Later on I go onto site and see money showing in my account and since I had already received my payout I assumed I didn’t cash out the whole amount some how. I play that down to zero after an hour or so. I go back to the site a couple days later and my acct is NEGATIVE $880. I sent a message to customer service and was told I was responsible for the amount. The website made an error and now it’s my responsibility. No other site would let the account go into negative in the first place plus the fact it never showed negative while I was playing so how would I even know. Obviously I will not be paying that but figure others should be aware.

I want to give an honest review of my personal experiences with highroller.ag. If I was writing this review anytime before last night, I would have given them 5 stars; but alas, here we are. I gamble on bet online, wild casino, queen bee, superslots, highroller, and payday casino prior to their closing. These are all “sister sites” of highroller.. all created in the image of betonline. I love betonline and they all follow the same protocols as betonline minus their bonus program. So I figured why not. I’ve been with highroller for at least a year and I’ve had more than 30 withdrawals with this site specifically.. I’ve had absolutely zero issues withdrawing and I actually like their customer service in comparison to bovada .. I went through all my previous withdrawals last night to confirm that whenever I withdraw with highroller it has never taken more than 10-30 min from creating the withdrawal to getting the crypto in my wallet .. The same thing applies for the sister sites. So I always come back here because I absolutely love how fast their withdrawals are. To be clear! I NEVER utilize any bonuses on ANY of their sites. I learned early that that’s how issues happen and why people end up not getting their money.. And I prefer to just play and withdraw. Anyway, last night I ended up depositing $300. Lucky enough, I turned that 300 into 12,000 .. I withdrew.. With the confidence that I would have my money within 30 minutes, even an hour would be fine with me. Because every single previous withdrawal with this site and any of their sister sites has come within 30 minutes .. I wouldn’t have deposited if I would’ve known it wasn’t gonna come quickly. That’s the sole reason I play on this site. I had a feeling that once I withdrew, that this would be the one time that they would drag their feet and utilize this 24 hour rule .. And of course, I was right. In the last eight hours since I set the withdrawal.. It has gone from withdrawal request to pending withdrawal.. in 8 hours . Pending is a good thing. That means you move to the next step and they have approved your withdrawal. But normally it goes from requested to pending to authorized within 15 minutes.. I got a call from management. They wanted to verify my identity over the phone I guess because it was a larger amount of money. I answered all the questions at the end of the phone call. He said I was good to go and that it would be approved.. I would think after this phone call they would authorize it. Everything is literally done. I’ve already got the approval.. But they continue to let it sit in pending for hours. I’m pissed because I needed that money for something very very important an hour from now. But instead, they want to be petty, And most likely release the funds on the 23rd hour. They like to lie to me, And tell me that the funds are on their way .. Like I’m an idiot. I know that crypto especially Ethereum doesn’t take hours. It takes literally 10 minutes. They tried to make me think it was taking so long because the Ethereum was taking long but in reality it’s taking long because they have it sitting in their pending queue until a person clicks authorize. They have all the power to press one button.. But they’re choosing to let it sit there for absolutely no reason. And honestly, it’s pissing me off because I’m a loyal customer to every single one of their sister sites I play daily.. And I referred a lot of people.. And my withdrawal has already gone through every verification it needs to go through.. And they still wanna make me wait 24 hours. So I’m pissed. I’m not happy. I don’t feel like I want to play on high roller anymore. This is how they alienate their loyal customers. And I was a very loyal customer and had absolutely nothing to say about them, and I’ve brought a lot of people to their sites and I just don’t feel comfortable doing it anymore. They need to listen to their customers more, But unfortunately, they’re gonna do what they wanna do. This delay has really messed up things for me and I don’t think I can forgive them for that regardless, if their terms and conditions say 24 hours, It absolutely never takes 24 hours, but since I finally made a decent amount of money, this is the one time that they want to Follow these rules .. I have two hours left before I’m screwed and I can’t handle my important business. So I need this withdrawal to go through by 7:30 AM Pacific standard time Or I can’t play on this site anymore. So hopefully somebody sees this, does their job, and fixes this messed up experience .. Because I am absolutely not happy. Since I know They most likely just close out all of your complaints on here without helping, claiming they can’t find you in the system.. I’m gonna make sure I provide all my info:

This third time was not so pleasant and I had to hold for 2 hours, and did a live chat with a smart mouth agent… who finally had someone call me… and I was able to finish my transaction and get my winnings. Won over 800 dollars tried to withdrawal. Was denied was in chat for over an hour with nothing gained. Chat for another hour the next day no information given. By this point I figured they were a scam and played the funds in there just for fun. Then get into another chat when I had less then 20 bucks left and they tell me finally right away a number to call and verify with… oh so now you know to tell me what to do. Super shady I finally call the number and ask about why this is. Lady is super rude and she didn’t offer any kind of bonus or support or anything on there end. Just super rude borderline yelling. Other sites when I have had withdrawal issues like this they offered some sort of compensation like a free play or a bonus play. She said she would with another deposit.. I’m not depositing again without any kind of courtesy on their end. Why would I blindly deposit again when you guys left a sour taste in my mouth first go around. So far, my experience on HighRoller Casino has been mostly positive. It's a sister site to BetOnline, using the same affiliate program and presumably with Eddie Robbins III somehow involved on the management side.

But before I, or anyone, get seriously involved with the site, some questions need to be answered:

Your Legality page says you are 'legally licensed and fully regulated'.

Which gambling authority are you licensed with? What is your license number? Which regulatory body covers your operation?

Your Terms and Conditions says that UK players are restricted. But you can register as a new user from the UK and pick GBP as your currency.

How are UK players restricted? Why is GBP a valid currency if there's a UK restriction?

Finally, your Fair Gaming section says 'all our games are tested rigorously'.

Who tests your games RTP percentage? Is your RNG independently certified, and if so by who?

If these questions are answered, I and other players will have much more confidence on your site. If they are not, there will always be suspicion.

I am a long time betonline.ag customer and received an email to join their highrollercasino.ag welcome bonus. I easily deposited BTC and played without issue for several days. When I approached my rollover requirements I began to have issues connecting with the site. I finally connected and requested withdrawal (back to the source/account from which I deposited BTC initially).

My withdrawal has been declined. Live chat customer service won’t tell me why but instead that I need to call and “get it sorted out.” I am on hold and no one answers. Live chat then says someone will call me…and they haven’t.

It is disappointing being a faithful betonline.ag customer for years & now going through this….as the perception at least is they want to make it difficult and frustrating to withdraw.

I am a verified user on TrustPilot so anyone can confirm this is a legitimate concern regarding this company amd it’s services.
