I paid a monthly fee and never received the proxies

Actually the service is not that bad as you can think. First of all, I always read reviews before buying, but this time, the reviews were crappy. I have purchased an 11,50$ plan, cause there was multiple cities and subnets feature. Since the proxies are purchased I have like ~20 MB/s speed connection on them, so it is quite satisfying for my scrapping business. I had a lot of captchas but solved this by using another captcha solving service. I think it happened cause of 50 threads of scrapping per one proxy. And everything is quite OK.
Why did I put only 4 stars:
1. The website is quite bad, the design that can give you some thoughts about the scam.
2. Inconvenient buying form.
3. Few counties are available. Would like to get more.
4. Captcha, so you will spend extra money to solve it.

Terrible customer service. Terrible business. Would never recommend to anyone. I asked for a refund within the second day of using their service and the account representative ignored my request and kept changing the subject to avoid giving me my refund. He even sent me the refund policy which clearly I had submitted the ticket for a refund within the required circumstances. All together very very disappointed with this business. They are a bunch of scammers, good luck!

I am by far satisfied with the overall experience. The proxies work well and there aren’t any network issues. Will continue with High Proxies further. Thank you so much!

My experience with High Proxies has been good so far. Though, I face few issues but their customer support team clears is always there to answer my queries whenever I have any and also address my issues properly. Great service and the proxies work well.

DO NOT USE. Let's keep simple if you have any issue with your proxy, they are not going to replace or do anything during your first month. Minds if your proxy doesn't work why you are going to renew the services next month right? And in fact, this is not a replacement policy, because I can order a new instead of renewing the same one right. I but 10 proxy and none work and I lost my money. The ticket response time is very slow too. And the payment reminders are crazy annoying, start email to you 15 days before your expiration date for many times. I like to call Low Proxies!

I have bought proxy for instagram as it was a recomendation to me.
It doesnt works "IT IS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY" .

after using thair proxy my INstagram account were BLocked. I asked them to help me in this regards, NO help given.

Criminals! I ordered Craigslist proxies and waited for 5 days. Never received them. I contacted costumer support and they just closed my account. They stole 79,- Dollars from me!

I wanted to buy proxies for Facebook. All of them were banned and I couldn't log into my accounts. So I asked support what to do: they told me the proxies can not be used for Facebook or Intagram. But they advertised it on their site so I asked for money back. They said they never give refunds and just closed the ticket. For me thats criminal behaviour.

Also look at all the good reviews here. All from New York and seem not even to know the product. Fake review service? They all also review the same sites.....for me this are all signs for Scam.

I ordered 10 proxies from the US - a mix. I asked their costumer support in advance, if I can use them for Instagram. They said yes of course. None of their proxies did work - Instagram said the IP is banned. So I wrote them a mail, explained the situation and said I would like to cancel and get my money back. They never replied so I opened a dispute on Paypal. They cancelled my account and closed it without notice, but told paypal they delivered correct. I lost my money. Don't fall for this companie - they steal your money.

I ordered 10 US proxies from them and even wrote they are for Instagram use. All 10 proxies were banned on Insta. Tested them with Facebook: all banned. Tested with Snapchat: all banned.

I think they are criminals since all of their proxies don't work. Ask to get my money back and costumer support just loughed at me.
