Thank you!

Andrew has been a huge help in getting my VoIP up and running, very communicative and quick to resolve anything that came up.

I did experience a few initial issues with my set up, but Jasmine and Sam were on hand to help and support me through them. While this meant I couldn’t quite give a full 5 stars, the team members I’ve mentioned have all been fantastic and made the overall experience smooth and stress-free. They are an asset to the company!

Sam went the extra mile

My address was not showing as available, although I knew others in my street used Highland Broadband. First line (John) put me through to Sam, who could not have been more helpful. She went the extra mile to hunt down why my address was missing. Within 30 minutes, my details were updated and installation booked. An excellent service.

I don't understand this voucher scheme…

I don't understand this voucher scheme and keep getting reminders to confirm my connection. I have sent several e-mails confirm but this is not acceptable , it seems , and they are threatening to cut me off. It would be stupid but the modern way of working seems to be a complicated one. I know I am happy why can't you accept that and move on.

Superb service on day of installation…

Superb service on day of installation after a long wait to get set up. Richard and Kenroy arrived 2 hours early and were polite, friendly, efficient and kept everything clean. All up and running in about 3 hours including digging 100m of trench for the cable.

i have been with them almost 1 year now…

i have been with them almost 1 year now this is 3rd time my phone has gone down have sent a few emails they dont even answer will need rethink when contract is over never had any trouble with company was with before.
