Very efficient workforce, arrived did the job in hand and explained the workings of my new boiler to me and left after cleaning up after them.

2 lads fitted a new boiler, they were up against a few problems as the previous boiler had been fitted before the kitchen was updated.. but they got on with it and did a great job.. explained the new controls and one of the alternative ways to set the thermostat..

What can I say thay were excellent perlight warm and very helpful with any questions I need to ask then lovely people I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs a new Bolier for sure.

Great customer service kept in touch by text before and after the fitting of boiler, efficient and polite installers had the work done quickly, took the time to explain how to change the settings and cleaned up after themselves.

Absolutely brilliant the service we received when our new boiler was being fitted . Had a slight issue and they came back out next day and fixed it so overall really good experience

Amazing customer service for booking and keeping us up to date on any changes. Assessors and fitters tidied up and left the areas clean where they had been.

Recently had my new boiler thought needed new radiators but I never was me old boiler works great now they were quick professional tidy would recommend to any one and Steph was great who sorted it all out thanks

The boiler install only took about 2 and a half hours. No mess involved 2 nice lads who installed the boiler. Explained how to work the thermostat which turned out to be very easy.

Had a new boiler fitted courtesy of torus housing. The people who fitted it were very polite. Kept me informed on what they were doing. Cleaned up after themselves. Had a bit of banter with them as well which was nice

The lads who attended was great, good customer service and thorough in their work.
He struggled to get full heat back in one radiator which I've had problems with previously but he has logged this issue.
