If I could give less than one stars I would. Signed up and completed the welcome offer to get £25 in free bets. When I went to use the free bets I was informed that they were no longer valid following a review of my account (on which there had been no further activity) and that I was not able to use them. No explanation. Have never come across a bookie that reneges on their sign up offer before. Disgraceful. Avoid.

Offered me a welcome bonus.
After completing the qualifying bet requirements I had no bonus.
I went on live chat, waited half an hour and was ignored.
The next day they emailed me to say I had my £20 of free bets.
When I tried to use them they didn't work.
When I went on live chat they said it's because I signed up for Betregal - their sister company - six years ago.
They also offered me another £5 free bet if I deposited £10, which I did - then I didn't get the free bet.
Also, every £10 you deposit costs 25p. Which is a total scam.
Their live chat person closed the box midway through the conversation.
These people are utter cowboys. Avoid like the plague.

the reviews on here are not a good representation of the experience on high bet
i registered yesterday, placed qualifying bet, which won, went to chat, and was credited my welcome offer instantly, no fuss.
i won off a free bet too and my withdrawal was in my account when I woke up today ....
no documents requested....
everything as advertised.
it is annoying that the site logs you out constantly even if you are active, but apart from that, lots of markets, good odds, and fast withdrawals.
most of the negative reviews are not about the service they are from angry people who didnt qualify for the offer or clearly didn't stick within the terms.

They request documents on a withdrawal which is against the terms of the gambling commission that they have agreed to.
Had to go to live chat to ask why the withdrawal wasn't processed yet. Didn't even get an email to ask for documents.

Won my qualifying bet but they refused to give me the £25 in free bets because at some time in the past I'd apparently taken up a similar offer with one of their partner companies. Plus the website is absolutely abysmal. Do not use these scammers.

Also went for the sign up, placed my bet and could not find the bonus, they said I should have opted in? Eventually got the bonus had a winner and tried to withdraw my money. There system would not allow me to withdraw all of it ( £30.17) only £30? After much ranting got my money.
They rob you when you deposit (charge me 3%) they rob you on prices, you can't get SP on horses only they're prices which are very shorter than other websites.
All in all the worst experience I could ever wish for, not customer friendly and like others here, would avoid at all costs. Had to give one star but they weren't worth that!!

Went for the sign up offer and won my bet. Waited untill next day and still hadn't received the bonus. Contacted support and they wanted many documents and a selfie with my ID , which is much more than other sites. Still yet to get the bonus and seems like a big hassle. Additionally the site is very glitchy and it's very hard to work out where everything is. Customer support is good which is the only bonus.

They have refused to provide me a reason why, and were completely useless on the live chat. Horrible
The website may be the worst I've ever used. Nearly impossible to even try and place a bet as it refreshes on you ever 30 seconds on desktop and mobile. If you're "lucky" enough to get a bet in your best slip, it often rejects the bet anyway. Absolute shambles.
The one positive is the live chat is quick and helpful, bet even that doesn't make up for how bad the website is to use.

My goodness where to start. The site is glitchy, when you accept a bonus you have to ask for it to be added on more than one occasion and the withdrawel system is awful. They ask you to verify yourself which was done 5 days ago and still they have my money. Avoid at all costs they are an awful site.

Don’t bet here - they don’t settle winning bets
I have had 2 winning bets and company have been unwilling to pay out and it has now been 4 days - the bets are still showing as open. I have chatted online 6 times and been told it would be resolved and have also sent 10 emails without reply. To me this is fraud and I advise everyone to stay well away from this company.
