Crooks who will stop you withdrawing. Avoid!

They are a joke who treat their customers bad. Signed up after seeing an advert on Facebook, one evening, offering £30 in free bets if you placed a £10 bet. I placed a £10 bet on a UEFA Champions League semi-final which was happening the following evening.

The morning after, I had an email saying:

"We hope you are enjoying our wide range of gaming and betting services at Highbet.

However, we would like to inform you that we can no longer offer you any of our promotions and offers. This decision was taken following a review of your account."

It went on to say any promos that I had already started would be honored however I had to chase live chat after the game to get them - they were not credited automatically.

Note that the terms say you have to place the free bets on an acca with 4+ selections and the max winnings were £40. Therefore, if you place a bet at any odds over 5.0, you will be getting underpaid (on a 4+ acca, its difficult to keep the odds under this). However, I placed the bets anyway.

Whilst they were in-progress, I received another email asking for lots of documents! Other bookies have only asked me for a driving licence. But these said they wanted one form of photo ID, one form of proof of address. On top of this, they wanted a full bank statement and a photo of my debit card.

They also said there were restrictions on my account and that I could not withdraw until I had provided these.

They are crooks who will try to make you jump through lots of hoops to prevent you withdrawing. My initial bet, and all of my free bets actually lost so I will just be forgetting about this account, not sending them a thing and moving on. But if any of my bets had won, I suspect it would have been a nightmare to have seen any of that money again.

I contacted their CS after the email above to ask why I was blocked from all promos and all I got was the following message which is super vague and did not answer the question at all!

"We understand your concerns, however, the review conducted by our Trading Department is a standard procedure applied to all accounts. Please note that we do not have further details to share regarding the specifics of this internal decision."

Great Odds and wide range of Casino…

Great Odds and wide range of Casino games. Site could be better but overall is faster than most of their competitors. Also great they have apps available, although those can be improved as well. Highly recommended overall! A+
