I would of give 0 stars if possible!!!
This Company is a total disgrace and so is its owner Neil! The man is a fraud!! ALL PLEASE ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Purchased goods from this company worth over £2000 and never received goods and after multiple occasions of being promised refund i am months on with my money back nor is he responding to my emails or telephone calls. FRAUD!!!

So disappointed to be let down by a local company. As per many of the other reviews we received a wealth of excuses, holding messages and false promises. Refund requested and not received and as such have had to contact our bank to complete. We have completed a total renovation and this was the product needed for the last task and the only company to let us down in the whole journey. Thankfully I managed to source some brick slips from another company (slipsfromstock) before Christmas who delivered within 3 days. Save yourself some of your much needed time and patience and avoid this company and it's over imaginative owner Neil.

We went along to the showroom and was met by Neil. He was very informative, couldn’t help us enough and everything was explained thoroughly. From beginning to end we were kept up to date about our projects, stock availability and delivery. Neil went above and beyond and recommended his brother in law Ben to carry out our projects. Well what can I say…it’s an absolutely amazing transformation 🙂 Can’t thank Neil, Ben and Lewis enough and am so looking forward to our outside project to be done in the new year 👌

Given the recent reviews I felt compelled to wright a quick review Higgins wall decor. As a first time customer we too were delayed however these are a sign of recent times and as another company in the manufacturing service deliveries are struggling in general at present. I do however wish to commend Neil our representative on providing solutions on the delivery of the products and doing his upmost to keep things in order despite being let down badly by his delivery chain. More importantly the product (which is the most important priority after all ) on arrival was every bit as the high end quality we could wish for.

We had a very good experience with Higgins. We ordered some brick slips to redecorate our kitchen and they were very helpful, giving us all the extra explanations we needed.
I would definitely recommend them.

Absolute shambles. Paid end October for delivery mid November, now almost 4 weeks later and a catalogue of empty promises, lack of comms, excuses as to why my order isn’t here, my builder furious because even though he’s been booked since July and was due to start tomorrow, he now can’t because no materials here. All you’ll get is excuses and lies, avoid like the plague.

I wouldn’t advise anybody to buy from this Company.
I paid in September,
Promised 2.5 weeks delivery,end of November,every lie every excuse
You can think of was used.
Even an excuse it was the courier had a back log and they had it in there depot.
I cancelled promised my money back in 7 working days,now 8 working days have pasted excuses why I haven’t been refunded.
This man is a liar for a living.
No matter what he replies to this review is a lie.
My Customer as rang him on Numerous occasions, more lies
2.5 weeks promised they would be delivered to me.
I was told they had the cladding in stock,10 weeks later no refund no cladding just loads of lies

As the title states I hadn't seen the reviews before ordering, and yes there was a delivery delay, but Neil went above and beyond to sort the order and it arrived yesterday. Everyone in supply chain at the moment is being squeezed so delays are to be expected. Thankfully mine got sorted, excellently packed btw and Neil had great communication too.

Understand others frustration but hopefully as issues are ironed out more people will get their product sooner.

Horrendously bad experience. 2 months overdue and fobbed off by customer service at every turn. Avoid!

Like the other reviewers if I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered our tiles nearly 6 months ago and have been given nothing but excuse after excuse with no sign of our goods ever arriving. I’m starting to believe that we have been defrauded and will now start to look into legal redress as this is clearly a fraudulent company. Neil lies so much he contradicts himself and is clearly a crook. I have called today only to get a recorded message advising that they are moving office which I’m sure will be the last we will ever hear of them again. Utterly deplorable company!

If i could give a minus rating i would. Exactly the same excuses and problems as the below review a fraudulent company that will take your money and then not deliver the goods and use every excuse under the sun as to why the refund has not been authorised.

Have been told numerous different stories about when my order is due, this still has not been resolved and purchase has still not been delivered.

Now they are not answering phone lines, text messages or email.

I purchased some cladding trim for my kitchen from Higgins Cladding and can only say how pleased I was with their product and their service. The trim has 'made the kichen'. I found the service extremely good and was kept informed at all times by Neil, who I found so informative and helpful. I love what I purchased and would 100 percent go through Higgins Cladding again.

Higgins Cladding has excellent customer service and good products. We are based in Guernsey in the CI and had some delays to delivery of our wood wall cladding order, however Neil Greenwood the Operations Manager persevered to ensure the product reached us and followed up on the process all the way through. They are happy to deliver to Guernsey which is great as other firms are not! Would definitely go to these guys again as product looks good too!

I feel the need to exalt this business. 2019 I ordered pre-cast brick slips for a feature wall. Out of no fault of Higgins there was a delay with the delivery and once the problem was found out delivery arrived quickly. Throughout, communication from Neil was excellent and the delivery cost was refunded without my prompting.
Fast forward two years and reaching out to them this time for advise and Neil was again very helpful, with the knowledge that there was no sale to follow.
Excellent customer service, excellent product.

I used the kopestone cladding to line out a customers fireplace. I received plenty of information about the product over the phone and after my order was placed, it arrived promptly. Really happy with the standard of the cladding, it totally transformed the fireplace. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using again!

AVOID!
You are dealing with a professional lier here! The tiles were never sent and the story just varies every time we have made contact either to chase or eventually ask for a refund. We're a small company and our whole project is in hold, no payment from the customer as we've been unable to finish. We had a tiler on hold who had to be paid for his time despite having no tiles to install Neil had no problem telling lie after lie. I wished I'd read the reviews here and the telling story in Companies House.
Next steps is legal action to obtain a refund and damages.
Look elsewhere please!

Having looked at reviews on Trustpilot I was not overly confident in ordering from Higgins so I decided to give them a call. On talking to Neil, he could not have been more helpful, he explained the reviews and the challenges faced over the last couple of years due to supplier shortages etc.

I was comfortable in ordering but just before I did, Neil asked me what I was after. I told him what I had in my basket and he said as I was not confident, I could go to the show room as he had just had a return from a large order who had over ordered. Further to this I could inspect the bricks and pay if satisfied.

When I arrived he showed me the bricks, I was happy (he even threw in an extra box). I left and then paid later that day.

Neil gave me advice on how to install the bricks, including the best adhesive to use, he also pointed me to a YouTube page.

Very satisfied with the service I received.

We Ordered Lakina Graphite for our pond renovation. My husband was really impressed with the quality of the product and how easy it was to work with. Neil was very pleasant and very helpful we sent him the measurements and he did the calculations.This is a quality 3D product exactly the high end product we were looking for. There was a slight delay on delivery which is out of Neil’s control. It is worth the wait for a higher quality product. We have ordered more to go elsewhere on our property.

Good product knowledge from Neil and very good customer service.
