Superb experience
Superb experience. A lot of options, competitive prices and fast shipping. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong item, I sent an email hoping it was not too late and got a response instantly. They were able to change the item and didn’t even charge me for if (it was 4 euros more expensive, not a lot but still I appreciate the commercial gesture) I can’t recommend enough higarden, I will use this website in the future for sure, thanks!

I ordered my products without consulting with the bi boss at home 😂 and 2 days after the order I had to cancel unfortunately. I called the guys from Higarden and they were super supportive and understanding! On the same day I had my money back with the promise to them that for sure when things change at home I will order once more from them 🫡

Top service, top quality and very friendly!
Very fast shipping to Germany although there is a lot going on at the moment due to legalization. The customer support has expert knowledge and is very nice. My questions were answered quickly and nice gifts were included in the package, which I was very happy about. They are also very quick to help with problems. Got told a Mother Nature bucket was…
Got told a Mother Nature bucket was better than the TNB CO2 I have been using forever so I bought one. Never been so disappointed in my life…… no longer going to this shop. These buckets suck they do not work.. garbage. Way more expensive than the TNB they sold which was way way better. Not impressed at all. DO NOT BUY A MOTHER EARTH BUCKET.

Good choice
This e-shop was recommended to me by my czech friend. It seems they are just starting with the english version of the e-shop (sometimes you can still find czech text), but I was satisfied with the order. I had a few questions and I got an answer to them all.
