Very good certification. Last worked in culinary over fifteen years ago and it brought to light a lot of improvements on old information. The audio and captioning also helped, since I am an audio visual type of learner. Thank you very much.

The site was easy to navigate. The videos made it easier to understand the concepts. I appreciated the videos being in smaller sections as it made it easier to go back as needed and made notetakng easier.

system malfunction happens often. When try to launch the course, even though I am logged in, re-boot the computer, it does not open.

I enjoyed there are videos, and it is not just a ton of reading.
