Delay, missing pieces and no reply
I brought 4 pieces coming from my mom’s house in 2022.
Despite was said on the website, the waited more than two years and I ended up being screwed.
Also, on the website they say that the average cost of a reparation is 150€, and they call that if will cost more.
They had me pay 450€ just to repair the amplifier piece.
After two and half year I decided to get my pieces back and when got there I discovered that they used the radio for changing piece of other reparations without telling me.
Also, they said that they couldn’t repair my Thorens turning table couldn’t be fixed so they offered another one in exchange. I refused and decided to take my Thorens home to give it a try elsewhere, when I got home I discovered that the needle piece was missing! They took it and keep it without telling me, probably reused for some other repair! Unacceptable!
I’m really frustrated and disappointed from this service, they took advantage of me and fouled me.
I also tried to contact them all these years, never had a reply and always had to drive there.
Not recommended at all, go elsewhere.
