Argon Forte A5 delayed twice, without any notifications.
I ordered the Argon Forte A5 the 15th of September, their website advertised delivery the following day.
After 2 weeks without any information about the product delivery date I called their customer service, where they said it will be delayed until the 23th of October.
Now that I have waited until the 23th without any notices (over email / phone) I again called their customer service only to be told it would once again be delayed until the 13th of November.
In short: They communicate the wrong delivery date, do not notify customers about their orders and have bad customer service.

Pourly packed & bad customer service
I had a problem with one delivery, the product was an outlet product. Outer box arrive completely destroyed, internal box was also damaged. When i open the box there was no power cable. I called then and couple of day later i got it via mail, when i tried to install it it didn't fit. Email them again and finally got the correct cable. Took me almost an extra week to be able to connect my device properly. After receiving two times a package with the cables, i notice the packing was done pourly. Now i think my device was packed and damage from origin. Would never buy anything else there.

Great service in the shop and online. Bought a set of speakers and I had a very good experience going to the shop in Den Haag. Good advice and explanation. Very helpful to listen and experience, something you can’t do online by reading specs or reviews.

Each and every person from the Klubben…
Each and every person from the Klubben staff is a real life audiophile / sound engineer. But the best is there understanding and patience by listing to feedback. I thank their service! Something went terribly wrong. But solution Marko give me made my day!. when I recieved my new Katch, I even received a hand written note with his best regards. I made my whole weekend! I bought all my sound gear from them in the past and I will be doing so in the future. keep up the good work HifiKlubben. Groet Joeri L
