Really bad service, for whatever reason

Order was supposed to take 3-5 days to deliver, but was stuck in 'Received' for 3 weeks. I asked for clarification after the first week, but no response was given. I asked for the order to be cancelled on the third week, but no response was given to that email for several days either. After emailing them a third time, they finally cancelled the order. Bizarre place!

Poor customs service

Poor customs service. First, the delivery time was much more than the website showed when I ordered it. It was expected 3-5 working days and then became 10+. Second, when asking for stuff via mail, the mail was throwing the delivery problem to the delivery company; there was no tracking number sent to mail or SMS, and the website only showed the product order was received. The attitude and service from mail response was not good, especially considering the value of the product.

Perfect experience

Easy purchase. Shipping was fast and transparent. The speakers I bought were exactly what I ordered at an excellent price. Will definitely use them again in future.
