I can wholeheartedly recommend HiFiGo for their services! They have a plethora of products, almost all the latest releases, great prices, availability, shipping cost and delivery time - also depending on your shipping method option there are no extra fees to be paid upon delivery.

Also, I preordered a product which was supposed to ship late November, but when it came around that time, the product listing got updated stating that there will be a preorder processing time of 1 month...so yeah, requested a refund based on this update and got one no questions asked.

The shipping somehow got lost, but after a brief chat, telling them that I'd be in trouble if not receiving by the next week, they understood the situation and have sent me another one, even with a premium shipment! Wow! I'll definitely buy from them again! Their customer service is even better than from Amazon!

Terrible return policy
I bought an IEM from them. This IEM created significant ear pain. They don't accept returns for this which is wild and variably different from most sellers. Customer service then decided to argue over the definition of quality via email. Not a great company to buy from.

Good RMA experience and excellent service
I live in Germany and have ordered from Hifigo a number of times. Every time it has been a trouble-free experience and I have been very happy.
I had a particularly good RMA experience with a pair of HiFiMan headphones that I bought from Hifigo. Those headphones stopped working suddenly on one side and no sound could be heard. Tried new cables etc but the headphones were simply dead.
I contacted Hifigo and they were very helpful. They suggested some sensible and logical troubleshooting steps and when that did not help, they promptly offered to repair the headphones for me. It was great that they offered this level of after-sale support - not something that can be always be relied upon when buying from sellers located in China.
The repair process was fast (They swapped in a whole new ear-cup and driver) and I had the repaired item back within 2 weeks. Excellent.
I rated only at 4 stars because the cost of the return shipping to repair the headphones was at my expense. Since the headphones failed after only 4 months, I feel that it would have been fairer for the seller to cover the return shipping cost.
I will continue to purchase from Hifigo and highly recommend them.

Shipping from China so its a bit slow but other than that this is a great service. I've made 3 orders, I had an issue with one order which they helped me resolve. Honestly better customer service than most UK businesses

I had a minor issue with aful explorer (which i love a lot) and hifigo resolved it very quick, probably best customer service i ever seen.
Quick to help and replace defect pair.
Ordered the Juzear Butterfly 61T and the first pair unfortunately had a defect on the right side where I couldn't get any audio from them no matter what cable or source I used.
HiFiGo was quick to help and contacted the brand and after some back and forth demonstrating the problem, I received a new pair within a week of lodging the issue with them.
As a first time customer experience they were above and beyond!
