Read the small print. They want not a fixed fee but 40% of the tax refund. Then VAT is added so half of my Marriage tax refund they demanded. They did not sort the refund told me they needed more information to proceed with my application. I down loaded a form from HMRC and 2 months later had a phone call to HMRC this got my married tax allowance and rebate sorted. Hidenda added them selfs to my tax personal in formation as and agent. I have had this removed via a phone call to HMRC. But my tax information was getting posted to Hidenda Tax without me knowing. So they saw i had been granted a tax refund and 40% plus VAT ment half my refund of £1100 has to paid to Hidenda for not answering the phone. Not replying to emails. No No No do not use Hidenda Tax for any thing . I will never use again or advise any one to use there services. Talk to citizen advice. Or a friend.
