We found Hide and Seek after we had been let down by our first pest controller, and were at our wits end.
We can only say that Lee and Leeann were sent by God. From the first call, when Leeann was patient enough to listen, we felt we were finally in good hands. Lee was efficient, thorough and very knowledgeable. He laid poison, something I had been initially wary of, but which I have come to realise was the best route for properly eliminating the problem, and the mice were ‘dispatched’ as it were. We only saw two dead mice (though we had a bigger infestation), which was a bit unpleasant but acceptable. Lee and Leeann were always available to speak to on the phone. After the work was completed, we commissioned Lee to perform the full rodent proofing which was done at a reasonable cost. As well as providing a good service, they also get full marks for aftercare: When some problems arose I gave them a ring and Lee came back again to sort it out.

I hope I will never need to use their services again, but I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone suffering from rodents.

As an overseas landlord, dealing with bed bugs was a nightmare I hoped I'd never face—but Lee made all the difference. He was incredibly understanding and genuinely sympathetic to the situation. From the start, he went above and beyond, knowing exactly what to look for and never cutting corners. Although it took a few sessions to fully resolve the issue, Lee was persistent and professional throughout. We also ran a follow-up treatment plan for six months just to be sure, and he was respectful and super helpful in managing everything remotely. I couldn’t have asked for better support.

Hide n Seek were brilliant. i had a problem with mice and Lee was really knowledgable and reassuring. He came back to seal up the relevant holes and I feel so much better knowing that if ever I have a problem in the future I can call on him. A wonderful company that I will recommend to my friends.

Lee was very helpful and reassuring. He was able to come over very quickly took the time needed to check everywhere for any potential points of entries and complete the work for a reasonable price.

Hide and Seek were absolutely wonderful start to finish. Gave me lots of time and excellent advice over the phone, bent over backwards to fit my job in (as it was a short timescale and I was pretty desperate!), did the job perfectly, kept me informed and were super helpful.

They were very quick at getting back, easy to liaise with and very efficient at dealing with the mouse problem! They were also really lovely people when doing the visits and would take action both on what was required and on peace of mind, explaining what they were doing throughout. Their 3 month guarantee was also very reassuring. Would definitely recommend them.

Lee and Leanne were fantastic. I had a disgusting carpet beetle problem and it was just horrible for me. Lee was so good. He does 3 visits, a 3 month call back service if any further issues and was so knowledgeable, turns out he’s grown up with it in the family as a business. He’s also such a nice guy. Him and Leanne we’re also so flexible and helpful with fitting me in when I was free for the visits and (fingers crossed) I’ve just had my third visit and I hope/think it’s cleared up the issue (but if not he said he will come back again for free). Amazing company and would absolutely recommend. Also very fast to reply to my many emails!

Hide and Seek are absolute professionals, friendly, punctual, efficient and fabulous value for money. I got such great service from them with our 3 visits, each and every time the nice pest control person expertly reset the poisons, traps and took the bodies away! The mice haven't been back and I have asked them to do a quote to mouse-proof the house. The Operations manager was brilliant on the phone as well, lovely lady who really cared about my issues and was invested in those being resolved. She was informative and when her quote was stuck in Spam folder, she sent me follow up emails to ensure I had received the information. Just brilliant service - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
