Georgie at Hidden Gems is an absolute gem herself. She organised the most amazing trip for us to Zambia. We went to South Luangwa, Luambe and Kafue. We were not an easy group to work with, being three separate customers with slightly different travel schedules. However, Georgie managed this with the charm and grace, putting together the most wonderful holiday for all to remote areas, which were wild, and with lodges / camps that are ethically run. Each of the camps and lodges were charming, with delightful staff. We could not have asked for more. The wildlife sightings were extraordinary. Within two days we had seen leopards and wild dogs! Later in the trip we saw lions in abundance, and had more than one cheetah sighting. The birder in our group saw more than she could’ve dreamed of. Georgie managed to organise all of this on a fairly tight budget by Zambia standards. All our instructions were clear, and helpful guidance was provided to ensure we were aware of local information. I cannot recommend Georgie enough. We had contacted a number of agencies, and Georgie stood out by far. I would not hesitate to use Hidden Gems again. Her experience and understanding of Zambia is excellent, as is her ability to understand what the customer wants and to deliver it.
