Hidden Gems are really hiding - no response after ordering 9 days ago

Ordered on the 26 December 2024 and have not received any information about the shipment except the generic one from Shop.
Emailed to ask for shipping address to be changed 30 minutes after I ordered but still no reply and it’s the 3 January. Have messaged via their Instagram page and emailed several times but no reply. I got this for my daughter’s boyfriend who lives in the UK and heard about these necklaces through his teammates at Brighton Hove so i wanted to get it for him as a birthday present. I was charged $148 AUD so looks like they’ve taken my money - not impressed.

Don’t order anything from then

Don’t order anything from then, paid 50 pounds for a bracelet and it’s been like 4 weeks no respond or update about my bracelet , emailed them and dmed no response or anything, unless ur footballer or a influencer, famous then you ain’t a top priority to them

Zero updates … or item…. since order over a week ago

I ordered an item on 16th June. Their website stated orders from 19th June - 23rd June would be fulfilled over the weekend and despatched Next Day delivery. I hoped mine would be a bit earlier but at least no later than this. I took the precaution of sending an email on the 23rd (as I’d heard nothing). No response. I sent a further email on Sunday 25th. No response. Still no Next Day delivery notice on Monday 26th so filled in their Contact Us form (with a we’ll get back to you soon reply). It’s 17.25 on Monday and…….you guessed it. No reply. I get this is a small business but a) why give timelines you aren’t going to keep and b) what is with the ignoring emails/contacts? My guess is, unless your name is Jack Grealish or Zaha, your priority level is zero. Very disappointed as this was for a holiday the day after tomorrow 🙁

UPDATE! Tuesday 20.06. Still nothing and I mean nothing. To track, you have to use the Shop App. Take a look at the reviews for this app. Absolutely shocking. I’m now seriously concerned I’ve paid over £70 for something that’s never going to arrive. As soon as I return from my break, I’m contacting my card company to create a Chargeback. I’m assuming nothing will have arrived for my relative (who’s staying at my house) to take in.

FINAL UPDATE - An email was received Tuesday 21.02 advising me that the order was meant to be going out tomorrow. Further details were provided regarding resourcing and family issues. I was advised the order would be cancelled and a refund processed which I have now received notification of.
