Ordered two pairs of leggings Dec 2021 - they still haven’t arrived in Feb 2022.
Tracking shows they are still in China.
No reply to any of emails. Will be instigating a charge back via my credit card.

They are scamming lots of people of money, I ordered 2 sets of leggings in DECEMBER 2020 and I still haven’t received it, I have sent numerous messages off their website but NO response, conveniently there is NO contact details for this company!!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing a set as a gift. Ordered a set at the end of November and have not received anything. Sent and email a few days ago and no reply. Disgusting customer service and I'm probably now £50 out of pocket 😒

Ordered leggings 7 weeks ago, they’ve took my money, and I haven’t received them!! They don’t reply to my messages, or emails!

I ordered a pair of leggings after I had lost a pair. I sent an email the following day and requested that this be cancelled as I no longer needed this item. I have since sent 4 emails with NO response. I have requested contact through the forum on the website. I have not even received an acknowledgement. The leggings have arrived neatly 2 weeks later, not wanting them.
Would not use or recommend this site

This company and the products are absolutely appalling. I ordered on the 7th August 2021 and the first part of my order arrived 16th August 2021, way after the predicted delivery date. The leggings were so see through just stood up, let alone when squatting. I emailed to get a refund on the same day and was ignored.

The second part of my order arrived 23rd August 2021, not that such a long delay was communicated to me. Again, the leggings were awfully see through and I, again, emailed the same day asking how I get a refund.

I still received no reply to the emails. I sent DMs on Instagram, which were open and 'seen'. I added a comment on their latest Instagram post asking for a response, this was deleted. I added another comment today and I have now been blocked for simply wanting a refund for faulty goods, and that a refund is within my consumer rights when this was conveyed a) on the same day, so much shorter than the 14 day notice period b) unused clothing still in the original packaging.

They have been incredibly unprofessional and I am in touch with Trading Standards regarding getting my money back. Awful company and gym clothing, avoid at all costs!

this is my second pair of leggings i bought from them after wearing my first pair pretty much daily for at least 2 years- they are the comfiest, most flattering leggings with a decent price tag!

I am a personal trainer so wear a lot of gym wear; they had good reviews so I went ahead and ordered their 5 piece set in 5 colours - totalling £282. When I say the quality of their garments is awful, I cannot emphasise enough how bad it is. They are made using the smallest amount of fabric so flat they are tiny and have to stretch an incredible amount to fit. When on, it is as it they are stretched to maximum capacity and could tear any moment.

Of course I sent all of the items back, which I had to pay around £30 to do since they do not offer free returns.

If I could give zero stars I would. I urge anyone to never buy from this company. I ordered an outfit and the sizing wasn't right, I emailed them to return and they sent me a label. I sent the items back but have never received my refund. I've lost count how many emails I sent, I even messaged them on Instagram direct and on a post but they blocked me as I said their customer service was rubbish.
I had a family member email to enquire about a product and there was a reply but not one person ever acknowledged my emails and messages for my refund. I am now £46.00 out of pocket. From looking at reviews it looks like this has happened to lots of people so if I were you I wouldn't or they'll rob you.
I will also be reporting them to trading standards.
I'm not one for leaving reviews but I'm simply doing it as this company needs shut down, so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Absolutely terrible. I sent 2 orders back over 3 weeks ago totalling over £100 and i am yet to hear or receive any form of communication.
I have emailed numerous times and there is zero response.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As you can see from reviews they are untrustworthy and certainly in my experience. I ordered a set in black and they sent me grey. I contacted them ( there is no phone number by the way, you have to email- first dodgey strike ) saying I have been sent the wrong item can I please exchange for what I actually ordered. Took over a week to reply and rather than saying sorry here is our address, questioned me and asked me to send photos. So I sent photos of the leggings next to black to show they are clearly grey (not sure why I had to send “evidence “ for their error )and have been point blank ignored ever since. I emailed a further 6 times and now I have given up ! I noticed they sent someone the wrong size and they never got it exchanged ; someone returned clothing and never got their refund ( no way In the end was I going to risk that after the reviews I have seen since and the totally untrustworthy customer services). I don’t know why this company is still allowed to keep going. The clothing gets good reviews but if there are any issues including a mistake on their side , you are screwed. In this day and age I have never dealt with a company so disgusting on how they treat their customers. They clearly do not care about how they treat people. I now am left 60 pounds lighter and have a set in a horrible grey when I wanted black and others have lost all their money it appears. You cannot trust this company they will take your money and if THEY send you the wrong thing or you need to swap a size you have lost your money. Do not give it them I strongly advise and it’s about time this company was shut down as it’s the only company I have used in the uk that once they have made the sale and sent it out their is no guarantee of returns or exchanges and are totally dishonest and shady and won’t even rectify their own errors. Appalling. Hopefully eventually this will all catch up with them and they won’t be able to trade anymore and screw over innocent customers. Do not use and if you do be aware it’s at a total risk. My advice is give your money to a trustworthy company and do not line the pockets of a company that has ripped off people and will happily ignore customers when they make an error or you have clothes that don’t fit.

I ordered 5 sets (the 5 piece set in 5 different colours) based on all the positive reviews I read. I only received one shipping confirmation but when the package arrived 2 of the sets were missing. I contacted them 3 days ago to inform them and am yet to receive a response. I tried on one of the sets and having worked as a size small fitting model for Victoria’s Secret for four years, these are either not true to size or the fabric is just terrible quality because they literally feel like they might rip if I bend too much. In my email about the missing two items I have also asked for the returns address since this is nowhere to be found on their website. Be wary of this company, they have a great marketing campaign but the items are from China and definitely not the quality portrayed and I really cannot be sure that I am covered if they decide to continue ignoring me.

I love these leggings and tops. They fit perfectly. I am a size 12-14, 5' 4'' in height and 164lbs and ordered large and it fits like a glove. Have now bought three sets in different colours. Only downside is that it does take 2 weeks roughly to come but it is worth the wait for the brilliant price you get them for with the discounts.

Don't buy from this company, they've taken my payment for an order I placed 2 weeks ago but I haven't received confirmation let alone the delivery. Avoid at all costs

Terrible sizing. I bought size medium (usually a 8-10!) and the leggings and sports bra was way too tight. I thought this was a UK based website, but later learned that they have come from China! Took 2 weeks to arrive, thought it was odd for a UK based company. I will be returning. I’m now at a loss because there are no free returns.

I love them! I got the 5 piece set in blue and purple. Both feel and look amazing. I’m 5’4” and 140lbs (36-28-38) and ordered a medium. They fit perfectly. The blue pants and shorts are slightly see through when standing and fairly see through when squaring- so wear nude underwear or just don’t squat in them.
