I wish I read all the reviews before ordering. I ordered what I thought were sterling silver earrings, but after reading reviews here I searched for them on ali and realized they were a $1 costume jewelry for 10 times the price. Immediately contacted Hibote customer service (less than 12 hours after ordering) and asked to cancel my order. They refused! So I basically got scammed. I will try reporting them to paypal and see what happens.
