this is the most smartest scam!! don't fall for it! If you need to recruit people to be able to withdrawal that should speak SCAM!!!

Scam. Simple as that.

This project is an absolute scam and you need to stay away from it.

In the very beginning to founder Terrence Kwok utilized some known names from the industry to pump the value.

Once he had enough investors, he ran off with the money and completely abandoned the project.
Today there is little to no staff left, there hasn't been any developments in almost years, and the community is being silenced and banned whenever they speak up.

Day after day the project gets to a new ATL (all time low) and it the token has literally lost 99,99% of it's value, crippling most of the investors.
This project is completely mismanaged, you could even say a rugpull and I hope legal action will be taken against the founder.

They locked UK users into stakes and are now kicking them off the platform. Telling them to remove all funds by January.
However they have not released stakes or funds to UK users so they can do so.

Not to mention they basically lied about the benefits people staked for anyway, lost 90%+ of the initial investment value.

Tried to use the app for a year or so. Had to give up after a few weeks because nothing ever worked. So the app was left dormant. Then they pulled out of the UK. Tried endlessly to get my GBP of the platform. The customer service is useless. I don't think they ever solved one issue I had. I was unable to get my GBP off the platform despite my best efforts. Luckily it was a very small amount. However the principle annoyed me. I felt they were making obstacles that didn't exist just to get me to give up. They they just cancelled my account and I never got the money back. Be aware of this brand. Its pretty terrible and untrustworthy in my opinon.

The maximum supply of 'HI' coin is no-where mentioned in the 'HI' App.
Now I understand, why the overall rating of Hi.com on Trustpilot.com and Google Play Store is so low.

Scammers. Stole money from Australian users by removing all functionality AFTER them paying several hundreds of pounds for Gold memberships.

Report them to the Financial Ombudsman and reclaim some of your staked /trapped money back.

Slow rugpull. Took all the money, broke every deliverable promise, now exiting with the money for a brand new project. Rinse and repeat. Have a look at the track record of senior leadership and you will see the patterns.

Happenings after they scammed all their investors and banned those who talked about it:

Those few who didnt talk about the happenings, remained in their hidden chat-rooms. In one of their hidden Chats they announced:
- That they want to get rid of those who use FIAT money since all those are bad persons ! (wait, exactly those people spent thousands of Euros for a card to spend FIAT money - now they are bad? even though they paid thousands of Euros for it?)
- a leaked screenshot shows that they were asking their remaining investors to write positive reviews about the company. They were incentiviszed with paid bonuses from HI. Of course only those who wrote a positive review. The screenshot can be found on coinmarketcap!
- they still are only promoting casino and merch. Nothing else works well and card got useless.
- they secretly increased the withdrawing fees from 30 to 2000! Thats a 66x ! They want to avaoid people from moving and selling their funds.

Do not trust this company, they are run by criminals. Have a look at their previous company Tink Labs, run by Terence Kwok. You've been warned. Do not go anywhere near this joke of a company with your money (or time).

Update done in June and after three months, half the update is still missing, making it impossible to receive the maximum cashback . Rebate on digital subscriptions reaching 60%, instead of the 100% of what was declared...They send emails asking to give positive reviews in exchange for rewards and free tier upgrades, really ridiculous

One star until they change course and do things seriously

I am really disappointed by this project. Not only have I invested lots of money and the Token is now literally worthless. Second: People who invested in good will to get the Gold Card lose all their benefits because they changed the tier system. Now you have to accumulate points instead of staking hi Token. Finally features like Google Pay still not work. I will now take my money out of this project and sell all HI Token, when HI hopefully rises again but I am not very optimistic on that.

It's a nice, easy to use app with IBAN, debit card, web3 identity, all you need to manage your crypto and fiat. It gives very good APY for staking (even fiat!) and card spend rewards. They recently partnered with Animoca Brands so there's much more to come.
(Don't believe the fudsters! No rugpull, no scam here they just lost money due to price volatility.)

SCAM? It worked at the beginning so I paid 1500 euro for a gold card and they blocked it for 2 month. No explanation. Now its unlocked and they removed the cashback. My card is useless now. Cashback went from 8% to 1% cashback! They still advertise for high cashback and not telling new customers its removed.
