The service provided by the electrician was completely fine. HOWEVER, when we received the bill, the cost of the materials was incredibly inflated (180% more than the store-bought price). We complained by quoting their own statement "we add 10%-100% markup depending on the item". They came back justifying their cost by saying that they spent time replying to our emails and that "that's how things are done". Incredibly unprofessional.
The electrician who arrived was not able to find out the problem. We had to hire another person who then found the problem pretty quickly and fixed it.
I got a bill for 1200 kr for no job done This is too much.
