Very good love it good quality wife loves it great for relaxing

Ordered a suede footstall, delivery was quick I signed the docket an as i got item big box into my house my daughter noticed it said leather on the box. I opened to see and it was leather not suede although not real leather. I tried to ring company but it just kept cutting off so waited till monday but the sam happened sent email an kept trying. Finally found a number an left a messg, I put a negative review on Google. I then got a phone call asking me to remove the review as they were moving an had lost all phone an wifi, so i gave benefit of the doubt an said as they were in wallsall an im in London that as they thought the suede wasnt on stock i could choose another colour. I didn't want another colour, but wasnt unreasonable that I would cost alot to pick up an bring another, I asked would it be easier if I kept the leather an got a partial refund an I could buy a theow/blanket to cover the fact it was leather. Although the guy kept talking over me an not letting me speak made me feel intimidated he said i could have a £35 refund once review was removed. I removed review an waited no refund then again sent email an got a reply that £20 was being refunded, I sent email back saying that I was told £35 then got email saying i agreed £20 and now wanted more!! I replied no not asking for more but asking what I was promised. Nothing more was said, I emailes and said ok if im not getting what was promised then I didn't want the footstool as I wasnt what I ordered i asked them to collect it an refund me the remaining amount. They have ignored me. I rely on ordering via the Internet as im 62 an disabled, now im left with a footstool that I didn't order not got the refund is was promised. Stay well clear they dont listen or read the email properly and think they can just ignore . Will be going to trading standard an if need be small claims court as taken advice an im entitled to a refund as I've been sent the wrong item.

no contact, terrible quality of the sofa, waste of money

"I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. Despite paying £618 for this sofa, the quality is unacceptable as the seams began splitting almost immediately. Customer service was unhelpful and tried to pressure me into accepting a mere £60 for a repair that actually cost £195 for a full panel replacement. I only managed to recover £163 after escalating the matter through Klarna. Now that another seam is coming apart, it is clear the product is not fit for purpose. I strongly advise against buying from this company."

My sofa arrived promptly on the date that was arranged, The delivery guys put it in my garage for me as I was getting a new carpet fitted in my lounge, I'm over the moon with the sofa it looks so stylish and modern. I would 100% use this company again and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks HHI Sofas you have transformed my lounge i love it!!

Bought a sofa to realise it has been supplied with the wrong cushions. Been trying for weeks to resolve this every time I call the store I'm told the cushions will be with me in a couple of days which is lies every time. Cost me alot in time off work waiting about. Do yourself a favour don't buy from these go toa proper company like amazon it's not nice to pay £680 for a sofa that looks terrible with cushions that don't fit. This company will rip you off. BEWARE!!!

Ordered this bed on Sunday last week. !=5 days for delivery had in stock. £699.00

Rang them on Tuesday to ask for a delivery date as says on delivery schedule. Was informed it was going to be delivered Wednesday 28/01/2026.

Rang after Lunch to ask if they had a time for delivery only to be told another possible lie that it is out for delivery Thursday 29/1/2026.

Sometime between 10 am - 5pm.

If it has not arrived l wall ask for a full refund to be paid into my account immediately or l will take further actions.

These may include. Solicitors. Bank, CCJ.

Delivery from Computer updates good from Thursday 29/1/2026. Delivery driver telephoned about 40 mins before arriving. Both chaps careful and helpful. Totally at odds to what we had already endure with very, very poor customer service from Walsall. They lied to me on Tuesday to say it would be delivered on Wednesday. The reviews are iffy to say the least. In fairness the item we ordered{fearing the worse} was in fact quite good in build and quality and great value.

The Customer service needs to be far greater and more attentive than currently. My review will outline all of this. However, with the uncertainty of the poor reviews and the border line of potential scams, l could not recommend this company and advise to stay clear and go elsewhere.** . For delivery service mainly. **** for the Sofa bed. At a good discounted price makes it good value. All reviews are very mixed. They need to vastly sharpen up on their Customer Services.

I purchased a corner sofa from here online. Waited days and days with no communication at all. It said delivery would be within 1-5 days. Finally got an email saying it’s getting ready to be shipped, I thought great. Days went by again and I kept checking the tracking number and nothing was happening. Then the next day the said my order had been cancelled and I was getting a refund. There was no explanation why or anything, just that it had been cancelled. Luckily I still had my old sofas here or my children and myself would have been left with nothing to sit on. Absolute shambles of a company

If I could give zero star, I would. My father who is old brought a two seat sofa and was promised a delivery within days. However, no communication and no delivery tried to call phone appears to be switched off. This went on for a few days sent numerous amount of emails no response when I finally got through they made some excuse and said the sofa be delivered within two days I gave them the benefit of the doubt however no sofa turned up. Called them again and told them I want to cancel the order they promised them to deliver it the same day however I believe this is just another life so I requested that my father has his money reimbursed as of yet he has not received any money back. It is likely that I will have to try and get it reimburse his bank. This is a scam company. Stay away. Do not buy from them. Do you have the same problems?

Although we made an error on our side, the team at HHI Sofas was extremely cooperative and understanding regarding the situation we faced. They were more than willing to help us make things right, and for that, we are truly grateful and happy to recommend them. The sofa was excellent quality, comfortable, and visually appealing, though better suited for a more spacious living room. Thank you so much for your support!

If I could give 0 I would this company takes the piss I ordered a u shaped sofa with a £50 deposit and paid the remaining £550.00 for a broken sofa all I have been doing for the past 2/3 weeks is emailing calling anything u can think of and getting no response what so ever this is a very unprofessional service/ company I would highly recommend NOT BUYING OR GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM PEOPLE IN BROAD DAYLIGHT STAFF SRE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL…!!!!!!!!

Do not order from these. Very misleading not true photos. My mum bought the oakland faux 3+3 settee. Nothing like the photo. I have this settee so I know what it should look like.
Wrong advertising obviously they using other photos to sell there cheap furniture.

She is keeping emailing, messaging and calling them for return and refund but they don't reply!
Really horrible company!

Had leather sofa & chair delivered today so pleased only ordered 4 days ago and here today great delivery,so comfy and looks so nice glad i ordered from HHI
