I’ve owned a Socks On for more than 12…

I’ve owned a Socks On for more than 12 yrs and use it every day. Recently thought I would replace it and sadly one of the pull cords has come away within a month.

Prompt service

Unfortunately, when I unpacked the Reacher a small cap fell off the end of the handle and shortly afterwards the gel handle fell off. Rang the helpline which was promptly answered and an alternative model immediately dispatched

Delivery time is great

Delivery time is great. I ordered more grab sticks, one for the second floor plus a foldup for the living room and taking out with me. The shoe horns are good quality plastic and quite long so no need to struggle putting on shoes an slippers.

Soxon

I ordered a Soxon for my dad, the item is great, very useful and means he can get dressed without help. I called the company as I made a mistake with the delivery address, they were very helpful and changed it with no issues. All in all great.
