This should be negative. Total rip-off. Financing is padded with a lot of add-ons. The SUV check engine light came on after two days of driving - bad intake manifolds. Costs around $3,600 to fix at a... See more

NEGATIVE 100%
NEGATIVE 100% - CON DEALERSHIP - CROOKS - THEIVES - DISHONEST - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!!! THEY CON OLD WOMEN. Don't fall into their trap like I did. Bought vehicle and when picked up windows did not operate. Accepted vehicle with their word it would be fixed and they had the part. Made several service appointments which were canceled and the salesman said he would pick up the vehicle to have it fixed and didn't. Phoned to reschedule always got an answering service, emailed numerous occasions, finally service stopped responding. Finally got a REAL person today on the phone, and told because its now past 30 days no service can be done. I'm an old woman with cancer and now have a vehicle that NO windows go up or down. Can't go through the bank, drive through or even to get some fresh air!
Please don't be a victim
This is the worst place to ever purchase a car. I went there because I had a ford fiesta that was too low for me & I needed a SUV. I traded in my 2015 Ford fiesta for about 8k with a very good mileage of less than 50k for a 2019 Kia Sportage. When I test drove around everything seems to be ok but the tires were very worn out I didn't even noticed and there was some noise coming from the rear when i was on high speed on the highway. I took the car to kia to fix the noise and they came with a whole lots of other issues that would cost about 3k to fix. As dump as I am I still went ahead and fixed them without even reaching to them. The worst part of the story is that I just realized the car I purchased actually cost 16k + my tradeIn like how come? Which implies that if I have to put everything together I bought a used Kia for about 30K wow! I have called the bank and they asked me to call the dealership, when I call the dealer they hang up me. If you are reading this review please count yourself lucky. I wish I made some reserch before falling for this. I just need to talk to a lawyer at this point.
The absolute worst place on earth to…
The absolute worst place on earth to buy a car. The customer service is garbage. I returned a car within the 3 days and they tried to keep my money even after saying it would be refunded to me. Unreal. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Check your cabin air-filter!!!
I just bought a 2017 Nissan Maxima from HGreg with about 68k miles on it. They obviously don't change the cabin air filters because when I inspected it, it was the dirtiest most nastiest thing I've ever seen! Wish I could upload a picture of it on here. ***WARNING*** Check your cabin air filters if you buy a car from them, your health is at risk!
i wish I could give them no stars-we…
i wish I could give them no stars-we went three times over three days in the 81street location in Miami and sat hours trying to buy a car-promised to call for a week -never responded-complained to the manager in Werst Palm where the car was located and told the car was in Miami and it was not there. They clamed they called us but did not-I checked all my numbers and it was a lie. Finance was always out but yet I saw the lady there on my way to work. I received today a scam letter from a scam lawyer (with over150 internet complaints) saying we were late in payments on our present vehicle We called the bank (which we are current on ) and they claimed the only inquiry they had was from HGREG and we were certainly not late. They requested the letter which we furnished. I am going to a lawyer tomorrow and file a complaint and the bank also said they were going to turn it over to their legal department. I intend to find out if my information we submitted was shared without my consent and who was responsible.
Avoid like the plague.....
After a successful test drive, reviewing the Carfax they offered and looking over the car the best I could, I decided to buy. It had a few cosmetic issues, but nothing too serious. Got an independent inspection done after purchase and they pulled the real Carfax upon my request. This car had quite some work done to restore it to its current state. Of course the purchase was as is, so even after a few days they refused to even talk to me. Let's hope it serves out the years I am hoping it will without too many additional issues.

Lack of Customer Support
I bought an expensive car from the Hgreg location in Delray on November 11th. Not even two days later, my car's headlight stopped working, I called them and reported the issue, but the Hgreg in Delray was too far away from my house, so they told me to go to the Hgreg in Orlando. I took to the location, and they told me the obvious... and I was told that they were going to order the headlight and replace it; well, it has been over two months, and nobody has reached out to me; I tried calling their service department, but nobody ever picks up, I leave voicemails, etc., but no one there seems to care about giving me some information.
Bought a minivan from hgreg
Bought a minivan from hgreg, have had many issues with it, now have to take a day off again to fix the sliding door(the side it was supposedly fixed after accident). The first issues were the switch buttons on that side, and a leaking window, now the door won’t open. It still is under warranty, but since aftermarket parts were used I have to eat the repairs. Hgreg is a garbage dealership, might as well bought a salvage title car. NEVER AGAIN!!! Stay away. The good reviews are fake.
Selling Vehicles That Has Underlining Issues!
Stay clear of this place! Brought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport with 46k miles on Nov 1, 2022, and was told they do a detailed inspection of all their vehicles! On Feb 6, noticed the brakes squeaking, Pep Boys stated that I need Rotors and pads back and front, $770. Call and spoke to the GM Christian P. who asked me to email him the price quote, and he will have the Sales Manager who takes care of this contact me. That was on Feb 6th.

what a joke and waste of time. found a tuck I wanted contacted them 3 times and was told the manager from Brandon would contact me shortly. I was ready to buy and after 2 days nobody ever reached out to help, even though they kept saying it was in stock. bought a different truck somewhere else. just so happens somebody calls me as I write this, 48 hours. LOL
No heart
i was contacted by alberto on friday he told me to go see maserati the price had gone down my whole family happy to go pick up the car on saturday i contacted the insurance and while it was a trip to west palm beach i checked the site because I wanted to show my wife the photos and the car had increased by 23,000 dollars It's incredible a disappointment I sent a message to Alberto and he as if nothing had happened he told me the car they have already sold it But as without even be warned but whats the way to behave and treat a customer this is absolutely not fair or even asked if i could get a discount on the car they put at a higher value and told me the prices really disappointed

Not full disclosure on vehicle nor full pictures
Was looking at a Silverado Trail Boss all the pictures online look good got pre-approved for everything lady was very nice to me on the phone and kept in touch with me. when I showed up down there for them to bring the vehicle around for me to do a test drive I was walking around the vehicle looking at it I had made comments about making sure the brakes were good the tires were good Etc and they were supposed to have it prepped Ready Clean for me to pick up this is now 6:30 at night I'm driving an hour and a half up there with my truck completely cleaned out to trade in when I get there the vehicle is brought up upon inspection of the vehicle I noticed that the back Runners were completely scratched down to the metal then I looked in the back and there was multicolored paint splattered everywhere in the back of the truck this was a work vehicle the door mats were thrown in the back of the truck completely dirty that plastic on the Floor to hide the red clay that was pushed into the carpet and into the pedals they said they don't detail it until it was sold. I said I was coming up here to pick it up so why wasn't it cleaned long story short they tried to mask the work vehicle create a photographs never showing anything that's wrong with the vehicle just what was right looking at the brakes it looks like they did a pad slap on it all the discs had grooves cut in them. No Jack no spare tire the back tailgate did not work on the release you had to physically go back there and pull on it too many things going wrong for that price I was aggravated that they wasted my time told them they should spend the money to have the back Rhino linered and take it to a body shop and have the runners painted and Blended in and take the time to fix the trim work that looks like it had a chemical put on it where they're faded and nobody would ever know that was a work truck and it would have been sold long ago manager act very indifferent and not very caring that he'd wasted my time at all or give any crap. Then I wake up this morning to see that I get an update on that vehicle that they reduce the cost of $1,000 this company if they would have taken that $1,000 and put it in that vehicle would have sold it long ago I won't be doing business with them only back to a Chevy dealership where I know I can trust what's going on then hold them accountable
Watch out for these guys!
Watch out for these guys! I found a vehicle that seemed to be priced good on their website. I understand that many online dealers pad their final price with additional fees, but Hgreg is the absolute worst I have ever seen! Once i received the sales order, they had added in multiple "non-negotiable" fees, including - Pre-delivery service fee - $1299; Protection fee - $795; Electronic registration filing fee - $699; License fee - $500; So that's almost $3300 in additional fees, which the sales person stated would all stay on if I bought the vehicle, since they are a non-negotiable dealer. I'm buying a similar car with extra features for less than the Hgreg car. Do your diligence and homework when shopping for a car - there are honest and upfront dealers out there that are offering good deals.
Went to the Brandon Horrible Business
Went to the Brandon location. We had a approval letter. They dismissed our letter caught my son by himself telling him he needed money down and that his credit Union took some of the money back from the approval letter. What credit Union does this. They didn’t know I had the credit Union on speed dial. Then kept walking up talking about the underwriter said he needs more money. They didn’t know I saw them talking to each other on the phone. I changed my appearance to see what they were up to. So they didn’t know I was watching them. I let them know I was aware of their game and don’t ever try my baby like that. I left them standing up looking stupid. Once we get down the road they text my son to come back he can get the deal I said. I don’t want their deal nor anything to do with these liars and crooks at this business. They didn’t know God was my under writer since they kept saying they had one. Beware of the fast city slick talk. Very unprofessional. To much going on in this establishment. Very unprofessional and are great liars. Alllllll of them
