    Beware, HFM is not a trustworthy broker!!

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding HF Markets (HotForex), a broker operating under your regulatory supervision.

    I made the following deposits into my trading account:
    • 503 USD on 18.02.2026
    • 2,590 USD on 20.02.2026

    The total deposited amount is 3,093 USD.

    During a period of strong market volatility, I opened a position and at market opening I made a profit of approximately over 2,000 USD. However, the company unilaterally deleted my profits, claiming that it was “unjust profit,” without providing any concrete evidence, technical report, or written justification.

    I would like to clearly state that:
    1. My account was not a bonus account.
    2. I was never warned about any prohibited trading strategy prior to this incident.
    3. All trades were executed under normal market conditions via the trading platform.
    4. The company has failed to provide any technical proof, liquidity provider report, price feed analysis, or contractual clause supporting their claim of a “prohibited transaction.”

    Furthermore, company representatives later contacted me and stated that they would only send 1,750 USD, claiming this to be my principal amount. However, my total deposited amount is 3,093 USD. This contradiction clearly demonstrates inconsistent and potentially bad-faith conduct.

    The broker has not only deleted my legitimate profits but is also refusing to return my full deposited principal.

    I respectfully request:
    1. A formal technical explanation and documented evidence supporting the deletion of my profits;
    2. Proof of the alleged prohibited trading activity;
    3. The full payment of my account balance, including unjustly deleted profits;
    4. A regulatory investigation into this broker’s practices under investor protection rules.

    I believe this conduct violates investor rights and indicates arbitrary and unfair treatment.

    I kindly request your urgent review of this matter and a formal response.
