Placed an order in June..

Placed an order in June... Mullein inhalers to offset the choking smoke coming out of Canada... supposed 30 day money-back guarantee and fast delivery. Finally got a tracking number... got to customs in Chicago on July 1st... supposedly warehouse by the 10th, and disappeared. No more tracking, nothing. During all this I have contacted them 6 times, the last few requesting a REFUND... ignored or sent boilerplate reply that my message was received. Called Customer Service to waste 15 minutes, finally requested a call-back... nothing... it's now been 8 weeks, no prod & no refund. Turning it over to my CC as CC FRAUD to see if that works...
