They sent me a regular sized cot with extra wide legs. I've emailed them 4 times now to try to either purchase the legs that fit the cot or the cot that fits the legs. No response. 0 customer service. Don't count on hearing from them if they ship you the wrong thing.
I’ve tried to process a return on the cooler and it’s been 4 weeks. No response via email or their contact us page on their website. I’ve sent messages on instagram and Facebook no response as well.
Awful customer service… have tried multiple times to return their cooler backpack that was used three times and ripped… the rip was in the shoulder strap. Over a week after two personal emails and one through their website even added photos and absolutely no response.

Can't recommend because I have emailed the company 3X both direct email as well as the website. It has been nearly a month and not a word. Not a customer service friendly company.
I have the SUV Tent, Air Mattress, and Table from this company and I have to say that all of them are top-notch quality. I camp a lot in my vehicle and these three items have made my experience so much better. They are well-made, useful, and well-thought-out. I plan to use them in the future even more.
