Hey Stacey Hair Extensions Reviews 

Surprised to see so many negative reviews!! I’ve bought from Hey Stacey 3 times and it’s always been quick and I’ve been so happy with my purchases. I’ve bought two pony tails and a halo in 4 years. They last AGES. I didn’t have to get the first ponytail recoloured for 2 years and was just careful with limiting washing.

Literally WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen in my life. I purchased the extensions a month ago and I still haven’t received them. I keep emailing them to get an update and they decided to ignore me because they cannot meet the delivery date they not only promised but charged me for, and from what I’ve seen in my card have not given me a refund either even though I’ve repeatedly requested it over email. I will be filling a complaint with my bank to get my money back since they have decided to go silent but please don’t buy from these scammers. If I would have read these reviews before I purchased I would have NEVER purchased from them. If I also find and legal measures to take against them you can be sure I will. Companies like this need to be closed down.

Very underwhelmed by my first experience. Downloaded the app only to discover there was no automatic $20 discount applied to the items in my cart. Went searching for it to find the promotion only applies if you purchase a hair extension, not hair products so I deleted the app. On further investigation of the website, the menu only displays hair extensions and nothing else, I had to search for the hair products and it still returns mostly hair extensions. There was also no sort filter available to make searching for a specific item easier. Additionally the item I had wanted to purchase was $199. For free shipping eligibility, the minimum spend is $200, leaving me $1 short. Unable to search for more items to purchase (except hair), I gave up …

First few orders were really good quality but the last two not so much. Hair quality appears to have diminished and after one wash dark brown turned to an almost light brown due to colour loss. Maybe a lower quality or bad batch??? Haven't been particularly impressed lately, not sure if I would bother ordering again.

Hey stacey is the worst to buy hair extensions from, my extensions are not even one year old & they knew that the new patch they received was a very bad quality because she said it to my face & had heaps complaining about the same thing I did......Ill appreciate that you do not delete my review like you have with others..
No one wants to waste money on bad quality hair extensions......

I don't even know where to start..
I was so excited to purchase hair extensions from
this company. And watching how this company
treated their customers is absolutely disgusting
This poor customer wanted to return her hair
extensions as the quality was shocking, extremely
bad and there were suppose to be the length of
24mm and now they are the length of 16mm and
also extremely damage. She only has those
extensions for 6 months.
Don't waist your money on this company at all.
So so so disappointed.

My experience wasn't the best.

Very happy!! Highly recommended! I ordered the 150ml bottle of K18, it arrived in just 5 days to New Zealand. Great price, will definitely be buying from these guys again!!

they deleted my review on their website. I ordered a copper blonde weft hair extension and they sent a light brown. She kept arguing with me that the colour was not light brown.

Last year I bought my first ever clip in hair extensions. I didn’t know where to buy and a lot of popular brands were suggested to me. But Hey Stacey had perfect colours, really helpful images and I liked their blog content.

I recently changed my hair colour so I got my clip ins colour matched. My hair dresser could not believe the quality of them and has seen many extensions in her life and wanted the brand name and for all her colleagues to check them out! I had a second salon give the same feedback as I had them put in for a photo shoot and they couldn’t believe the high quality stitching. Hey Stacey are also great to deal with by a easy message on Insta! Definitely want to get a ponytail next. You guys are amazing!

The customer service from hey Stacey hair is something else! The owner is absolutely lovely and very helpful.

Hair quality is really lovely especially compared to other brands of same price like zala, it's fine not super thick strands, no black hairs in the blonde tapes in ivy I bought.
Shipping was fast, customer service was great.
Only things that could be better is there is no blonde mix available only different shades of block blonde, they also do not mix sets half and half if you ask. But other than that was great.
