Won a small amount today. Withdrew no issues. Suddenly all my accounts are closed! “Due to self exclusion on another site” (a long time ago - can’t even remember when- and wasn’t enjoying it so closed it). Now months later I’ve been penalized for doing what I thought was the right thing and self excluding from a site that was not very good and wasn’t winning. Don’t bother there are better sites out there and ones that don’t charge a fee to deposit or withdraw. I know they’ll come back with responsible gambling - I was being responsible and closed one account a long time ago now blocked from all a year later - great one!

This site is probably the worst site I have ever played on. The % must be the lowest ever!!!! Avoid those games that are tournament games the payout is absolutely 0 having calculated that 1 game in particular took hundreds and gave me absolutely nothing in comparison to what was wagered. The trouble is these sites cannot be monitored on what the % of payout is and I for one thinks that the gambling commission should take a closer look at this site. The ammount of bad reviews I have seen for this sire is dreadful. Facebook has also posted bad reviews. SO BEWARE..!!!!!! THIS SITE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. Avoid this site. I had an email from them saying I'd got a present waiting for me. When I logged in there was nothing there. When I called customer services, they claimed it wasn't from them I screenshot the email and sent it to them. And yet when I clicked on the email, it took me straight to their site. Needless to say I closed my account.

The only way you can improve is to disappear and stop taking money from people..your percentage on payout in minimal to none...you website is full of glitch..I have loads of screenshots. Ready to proceed to court hearings.

Very bad.. No possible to make withdrawal until wagering £2000

Used hey spin regularly then started getting timed out and could only a play a certain game on it which always was a high loss before payout.
Contacted customer services who told me to keep trying to play it and admitted they had a technical fault.
It continued to time me out so told them again I had now spent all the money I deposited but was not fully getting to play the slots and response was send a video I explained I had no money left to do that and was told come back later and try again.
Didn’t look into the problem at all. Just wanted me to put more money on. You get charge to deposit 25p and a £1 charge to withdraw money.
I’ve officially complained and closed my entire account and got no apology or a bonus for inconvenience….
