I start free trial and i paid for shipping nothing was sended to me and now they are trying to take different amounts from me more than their products but i complain to my bank that it s a fraud. I recommend to all people to not use their main bank accounts to avoid this scammers

Scam I ordered a free sample and paid £1.50 pp and then at 9pm a few days later STOLE £500 from my account and my bank NatWest says that they can't do anything about it, complete Shambles.

Warning do not ever make a payment from “hey shiny smile” Ihave made an order from them I suppose to pat 1.50£,
2 days then they tried to make 3 transactions from my debit card 500£,250£ then 250£.
I was obligated to call the bank and block the company and change by card.

Paid for a free trial which never arrived. They have since taken out 3 payments of £38.95, blocked me from contacting them via social media, emails are ignored and telephone calls are unanswered. Trading standards have been informed. Do not use this company
