Five stars for their customer service! Always a prompt, efficient and helpful response in my experience.

Four stars for the surveys, which isn't a reflection of Hey Piggy but of the survey writers and market researchers that use Hey Piggy to host their surveys. Some surveys are five star but too many are badly written or present a closed list of answers, none if which are appropriate but one has to be selected to advance (i.e. you have to lie!) and thereafter inconsistencies set in in further answers.

Five stars also to the Hey Piggy site as there are always surveys available (again, not qualifying is down to the survey, not the platform) and there's the opportunity to give feedback afterwards. And finally, five stars for the payout process - very quick and reliable, no issues to date.

Overall, I've given 5 stars - in truth, say 90 out of 100 (4.5 stars 🙂)

BEEN WITH THEM FOR A WHILE ALTHOUGH I DONT ALWAYS GET ACCEPTED FOR SURVEYS THERE ARE SOME VERY INTERESTING ONES. WHEN I DO GET ACCEPTED THE FLOW OF THEM IS QUICK AND IF THERI ARE ANY ISSUES THEY USUALLY TAKE CARE OF THEM THRU CUSTOMER SERVICES. THIS IS A LEGITAMATE SITE TO EARN GIFT CARDS OR CASH OUT TO BANK ACCTS PAYPAL ETC.

Hey piggy is interesting with nice survey question and I am quite enjoying it

like there are many choices of surveys to choose from. I like that some still give a few cents even if you don't qualify for that particular survey.

Overall, I found the survey easy to follow and interesting to complete. The questions were relevant and made me think about my personal experiences and opinions. However, some sections felt slightly repetitive and could be made a bit shorter to improve the flow.

The experience becomes more enjoyable and wonderful over time; it truly deserves this excellent rating.

the fact that they let me see how others rate survey taken to me is transparent.

KINDLY HELP ME RECOVER MY ACCOUNT i lost my account today morning

I've been using heypiggy for about two years now, and I rarely ever had issue with my account. Recently, I completed and wasn't paid my incentive and I decided to contact support. About an hour after I contacted support, I noticed my account was blocked for reasons best known to them and they marked my ticket as solved without addressing the issue I reported. I again contacted support to know why I could no longer see surveys on my dashboard, but I was snubbed and the ticket was marked as solved without actually solving anything.

I definitely do not recommend them, because if they could just block an account of two years, I wonder what they'd do to new accounts. They made me give this bad review.

Absolute waste of time. After numerous surveys accumulating very little in a payment, CPX Research declined a cash-out. No explanation given, other than my answers didn't meet their quality criteria. Do not bother with HeyPiggy. You will spend hours completing surveys with no guarantee of a payment.

I was denied surveys after giving a review here even though I was promised 5% on every survey I take for the next 24hrs but instead I haven't been getting surveys. This is very disappointing.

It is worth spending time on even though I am yet to withdraw. I will come back to edit this if it goes well

Hate I answer lots questions and then says not suitable but have answered a lot.and some have went other sites and no payment
