Great price for all products. Video doorbell good. Can be slow to show but that is more a wifi issue. Door sensor is brilliant. For the money these products are excellent. Doorbell ringer was not paired with doorbell. A call to Hey and the really friendly operator talked me through it.
Brilliant service and products.

Products are great once set up.
Some of the set up was quite complicated and took two of us quite a while to get the hang of, and the instruction videos skipped out the parts we were having issues with. Although frustrating, once we got everything linked up we’ve had no issues!
The lighting is going down well with guests.
Especially like Hey as all products are controlled by the one app.

I opted for Hey! because it seems as though no other competitors offer a surveillance kit including a doorbell and external camera. Hey! offers this kit at a competitive price and I’m really pleased with how they’re both working. Super easy to set up and customise. Had a minor issue with the doorbell reset button not working but sent it back to them and they sent over a brand new one which arrived the following day. Customer service is fantastic and easy to get through to. Have recommended Hey! to family and friends looking for similar products!

Good quality product. The video doorbell battery lasted very well compared with other reviewers. The video quality was very usable and easy to see who was there. Not as sharp or smooth as Ring but very good for the reasonable price. The only thing I thought bad was the loud noise the doorbell made in the road and no way to disable. Otherwise very impressed.

Overall we've been pretty impressed with the products and the app. They're not perfect but at the price they're more than good enough.

Not had any battery issues and doorbell lasted a good 2 months before it needed charging which I'm happy with. Camera quality is good and we've integrated the lights and plugs with Google Assistant so everything can be turned on and off by voice which is great.

The plastic used for most of the products does feel a little cheap and flimsy but I suppose that keeps the price down - would be good if the company used recycled plastics or something similar.

The app works okay - a little laggy but not bad considering the size of the company. Main issue is the time it takes for video feeds to load but I appreciate this is down to wifi signal and the time it takes to encrypt the video stream which is an important privacy / security feature.

Might be good if the company had more of a sustainability focus - perhaps some info on their environmental credentials on the website etc.

Overall happy with the products considering the price - the minor issues aren't too big a deal and I know i'd be much more frustrated with them if I had paid the sort of money the Nest / Hive / Philips products are that also seem to have similar problems.

My advice would be to use the app to set everything up - then integrate the devices with Alexa / Google / Siri and use apps like the Google Home app to subsequnetly control the devices.

I rated you 4 because I think the design of the doorbell makes it difficult when it needs charging. All the other security items I have I would rate 5.

This is good value kit and seriously easy to set up. It is surprisingly laggy even with signal at a good %. The battery status isn’t very reliable, it drops from 100% to 20% in a couple of days but will sit at 20% for over a week, so it’s a bit disconcerting.

great products overall 8/10! obviously no support for homekit which i knew about before buying, i hope they can make them homekit compatible with a update instead of buying even more hey! products that's homekit compatible! the app is a little slow if you have opened the app and checked the camera and just go off it. if you go back on it then the app is very slow to show the live feed again

I stumble across this company and there products I took a chance on them and bought the doorbell. I really love there stuff and it’s so easy to use. And i am looking to get more of there products

Great products, all done from the one app. I have other smart home products which also allow you to sync up to the Hey! App which makes it all the more useful. All synced to the Amazon Alexa too. The app has the flexibility to create shortcuts on your Apple iPhone and Apple Watch, so don’t always have to open the app to get things working.

Had a slight issue with one of the products not working, but got in contact and had a new one within a few days. Great service and this hasn’t affected the overall score (although slightly disappointing when the original didn’t work when it arrived, but that’s my impatience!)

If there was one thing to criticise, it would be that the bulbs aren’t particularly bright at maximum brightness when using it for RBG colours - I have other brands that are brighter. But the white colours (both warm and cold) are very good and you can even control the warmth of the white.

Better than most Tuya light implementations, however white is too bright at its dimmest setting and colour too dim even at full brightness.

Excellent customer service, when I couldn't get a discount code to work, the company reached out following the purchase and offered to refund the difference.

Good product, quick delivery. If you want a smart device delivered quickly with a hand written note from the person who packed it, then this is a great option.

Very good product does what it says very easy to set up, I have purchased 3 and they all work perfectly on mine and the wife's phone. Better than a conventional timer as you can operate at your own times you think it is needed really pleased.

I ordered a door bell and extended camera. Really easy to set up, good batteries, brilliant value for money and great app. Looking for more things to add!

Very happy with my USB power extension charges my phone super quick. I have it right next to my bed will, charging my phone, Fitbit, and even plug my alarm clock in woohoo!
