Very good service and very good quality item and very good prices

Great product at a great price. The only reason not to leave 5 star review was due to the delivery being delayed somewhat. Would definitely buy again though.

I bought something. It came really quickly and is a great.

Fab bulbs and useful interface, note if you have dimmer switches you need ones designed for LED bulbs, currently I have the old style dimmer switches that don't don't well with LED, this causes flickering of the smart Bulbs, bear this in mind if you're buying them. The flickering can be avoided on certain settings. Love the good energy efficiency rating, no other bulbs on the market are this high.

I ordered a smart plug and just couldn't get it to work, so it's just sat in the cupboard.

I bought 2 smart power strips from hey! I have been happy so far with them, but I definitely misunderstood their capabilities. Because they have the smart plugs too, which read output as well as being able to control them remotely.

The power strips can only be remotely controlled and will not show you how much power has been used. So if you want that, you need the power strips AND the smart plugs.

Which becomes very we expensive.

But they are much better than my old powerstrips and I do love being able to switch them off remotely.

If I could have enough money to buy power strips, and power plugs for every plug in the house, I would.

Great lighting products, cheap and reliable.

Bought smart bulbs, easy to set up, have most of the features you'd expect with bulbs at this price and not had any major issues yet 👍

We haven’t set up our door bell or camera as yet … but I had to phone with questions (as oldies we’re not up with modern technology etc)
Was good to chat with someone, as on email too …
Questions answered & sorted … just gotta set it all up now !!
But have been told - any probs to ring for help …
Where do you get service like that these days ???

Easy website, great products, delivered fast and work great

Great products and fast delivery. They’re so simple to set up and from my experience work perfectly. Three separate plugs in different rooms help life run smoothly. Fantastic ❤️

Quick delivery, great products and provided support when needed. I needed support in getting spare screws for the doorbell and after being provided with super fast responses via emails they arrived the next day.

I ordered 2 smart plugs which were lost by DPD however they were re sent by hey and arrived swiftly after I was compensated with a voucher and haven’t had a problem since will buy again

Fantastic. I turn on power remotely for the heater, computer and printing machine. I have a garden studio. The printing machine is used for foil printing. It takes 2 hours to come up to temperature. What better way than to be tucked up in bed with a coffee early in the morning a get the studio warm, laptop charged and printer ready

The bulbs have been easy to use and the app makes automation simple

I love shopping here, I think it is reasonably priced with lots of choice in products and brands.

I have the doorbell camera. I like the fact that I don’t need to use cloud storage and the picture is really good.
