None of their products work. Unfortunately I spent a lot of money trying their products in vain. Very disappointing.

DON’T buy it; it’s a waste of money and time. It doesn’t work at all. I have more grays than before. It has been three months since I started taking the pills. No improvement at all. Save your money!

Don't stuck in this scam. I spend £205 and buy product anti gray pills and syrup. They told me you will see result in some months. I tried it from a long time and didn't see 1% result. I am very angry and frustrated about it 😡. And if its possible so give me my money back scammers.

I can only speak from my personal experience but this company charged my credit card without my permission and enrolled me in their subscription service without my permission. There are other people complaining online of them charging your credit card without notice and without you ordering anything and when you request a refund they say it’s too late your package has already been shipped we cannot offer a refund. No refund for a package I didn’t order!!! I reported the fraud to my credit card company. Do not give these guys your credit card info otherwise you will get mysterious charges

0 star. Beware of satisfaction guarantee, it’s tricky. And they didn’t allow negative reviews showed on their website. I wish I come here to read all negative reviews. Don’t waste your money.

This anti-gray hair serum is amazing! My family usually gets gray hair early, but since I've been using this, my hair's looking awesome. Everyone's been giving me compliments. It feels great on my scalp. My gray hair is way less noticeable now. Super happy with this!

Terrible customer service, I ordered this a month ago, I have been calling them and sending them emails but I still haven't heard any response from them.... proper scam

Been using this for just under a year and still seeing great results. Roots are showing much less gray and overall color has improved. I see others complain they see no results in a couple months or so. The gray does not magically disappear after after 4 to 6 weeks! You have to stick with it for months and months while the color grows out from the roots. Takes patience.

3 months of the grey escape supplements - no change in greys AND new greys have shown up while taking it.

I am 32 and within their 0-30% greys recommended range, and was happy to give it a go on the basis that "If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we have a money-back guarantee", so I purchased 3 bottles. After looking into contacting them for a refund, apparently you need to have taken the supplements for 4 full months, and have taken before and after photos for them to assess. Well I don't know about other people, but I choose to hide my greys (I do so by cutting them back to the root since I have thick hair and can do so without it looking obvious) - so I have not allowed them to fully grow out at any point for photographic evidence, and therefore can't get a refund.

Had the supplements even just prevented the growth of new greys in that time, I would have purchased another bottle and given it longer, but the fact that I got new greys while taking this product (i.e. previously black hairs very recently turned white at the roots) tells me it is useless.

Can't find anywhere to leave a review on their website either (could be my own fault for not creating an account), and can't leave a review on their facebook page, so I am starting to question if all the reviews on their site are genuine.

I gifted this to my mum as well, and her results have been the same.

I also had ear ringing while taking these products - I didn't initially make the link, but after reading other reviews, it makes sense now.

I've honestly been extremely happy with the products so far. I am only 3.5 months in on my new hair care regimen to help slow down any grey hair growth but can see some positive improvements. Excited to keep the progress moving!

I'm 32 and have started seeing quite a few gray hairs and wanted something natural to help combat them.. I bought the anti gray kit back in May and have started seeing slow progress. Definitely not a magic pill, but if you are committed and patient you can definitely see results with specifically these 2 products. Have not tried anything else there but will continue to use these ones and hope for even more progress in the coming months.

Whether or not the product works customer service has been terrible. I ordered bundle serum + pills which arrived separately 3 weeks apart, especially bad considering the subscription is supposed to renew in 3 months time. Took 2 weeks to get a reply from the customer service.

This review is separate to the product. I purchased 6 bottles of the supplement to help reverse my gray hair. It did not work for me after using 3 bottles and I had some side effects from taking the supplements (such as ear ringing and headaches).

True to their word, I returned my unused and used bottles and got a full refund within days of it being received back at their warehouse.

Five stars is for the customer service and integrity of the company.

I would consider trying these products again, if they eliminated some of the unproven herbal ingredients and did not use such high amounts of the % daily vitamins.

Purchased Gray Escape supplements from this company. This product claims to rid or greatly diminish gray hair. It gets glowing reviews from its customers on their website.

I am on my 3rd bottle. It recommends using for 6 months for best results.

Has the usual vitamins you would expect for hair (B vitamins) as well as Zinc and Copper. Also has Catalese (rumored to help restore hair color) as well as some herbs.

Positive -- my nails are definitely stronger. Website is informative and customer service and payment plans are great.

Negative -- my ears have started ringing since using the product and my skin gets itchy. I have read that two of its ingredients (saw palmetto and fo ti powder) can cause liver damage. Also why does a dosage need to contain 1000% of Daily Value of Biotin and 6000% of Pantothenic Acid? Is the excessive amounts of these ingredients causing my ears to ring?

I have started using just 1 pill daily now and my ear ringing and headaches has lessened.

I would recommend they cut out ingredients that have not been clinically proven to reverse gray hair and cut back on the percentage of vitamins. 100% daily value of any vitamin or mineral should be enough.

I tried posting my review on Heyhair but they seem to only post positive reviews.

I would like it if they got rid of ingredients (such as saw palmetto, nettle root, fo ti powder) that have no scientific proof for reversing gray hair. And stick only to proven ingredients.
