I have tried repeatedly to contact the company to make a return and get a refund. It is hopeless - they simply ignore emails and there are no return instructions or return labels available. I am furious. I plan to post the item back with a letter and can only hope I get the refund. Appalling customer service.

I placed an order just before Christmas and received it promptly. However having tried on the items the sizes are not appropriate and I need to carry out a return and refund.

I have sent three emails, Facebook and Instagram messages and have had no response other than to be told on Instagram “A request has been left on (my) email address”.

I would really appreciate a response.

Ordered items that arrived but don't fit, they are not true to size so wanted to return for a refund.
Splashed all over the site is "Hassle free returns" until you read the VERY small print that states this doesn't apply to clearance items.
It was not clear the items I purchased were
A) in the clearance and
B) non refundable
so I'm now stuck with 2 bras I can only fit one boob in 🙄
Partly my fault for not reading the small print but I also feel it should be made clearer to shoppers when items are non-refundable.

Those that work here or own this company are lying thieves. Sent back my order for a refund. On their website it says it takes a few days to process. Well, it has been months now! I have chased several times for MY money only to be told its either been refunded or being processed. There’s no contact number so can’t talk direct with customer services. It’s all been via email and my last email has since been ignored and still no refund. Well they can bloody keep it. They obviously need it more than me. Maybe it can go towards fitting in a phone line or their honesty box!!!

My response to your comment is…the refund you talk of never hit my account. You gave me a reference to refer to but was no good for my bank as they couldn’t look into something that wasn’t generated by them. Your customer service team asked me to give them more time. My last email to you sent 26 Nov 21 asking if I’m been ignored again has been ignored, no response from you. Please don’t not respond anymore to MY review as I do not want to get into an argument with you!

Really happy with the great customer service with this Company- best I have ever experienced! I ordered the wrong size and it was exchanged no issues at their postage! Very helpful and polite too.

My recent shopping experience with HeyCurves was, without doubt, absolutely the best. Their customer service is second to none, no query went unanswered, nothing was too much trouble. Their products are superb, high quality and comfortable……certainly allowing this 66 year old to regain youthful confidence 🥰

Great Company but I ordered 2 bras one was the wrong size and the other a bit small in the cup just wish they went up to a bigger size in the cup but the Company were very good and efficient.

I've hardly bought any clothes since my daughter was born. I've been desperate for leggings and was sick of cheap material and uncomfortable waistbands. I took the plunge on these and was not disappointed. Comfortable, stretchy and they smooth me out exactly where I wanted. Thank you!

i ordered the shaping pants and they were too small, i started a return, very easy to do on website, and was told i would be refunded, but i didn't need to send them back! the money was in my bank within 24hours! excellent service.

Comfy and a lovely fit. Been looking for shape wear leggings for a while and these were perfect.
Updated on dispatch which was quick.
Emails before and after offering help if needed. Unsure how the help would be as never had to use.
I think I'll be buying again in future.

Such quick delivery and brilliant quality clothes!

I bought the bra and it’s so comfortable! No rolling of the band. No wires. No itchy hooks and eyes. No bulges! Also these bras are different because the padding doesn’t move as it does in other bras of this design.

Products are great quality and they do what it says on the tin!!!!

Excellent customer service. The bra is comfortable and the material feels nice. I don't like the padding, I thought it would be more of a moulded cup rather than the padding that moves around. Is a good product and I like the website. The customer service is great.

Was so excited to have a comfortable bra alternative, however everything with this bra I ordered from HeyCurves is wrong. I could only muster not even 1 full day of wearing this bra. The only times this bra was comfortable was when I was completely still. The cut is extremely awkward ESPECIALLY around the armpits. The straps are strange and itchy and just don't lay right. The support honestly is nothing to rave about. It feels like they just stitched together to fronts of the bra together because honestly wearing it backwards is better, and it has a space to insert bra pads in the back???? why? Speaking of the inserts, they do come with the bra but only will work for smaller chest sizes. I'm a 36D and they weren't in the right place and barely covered the nips so I don't want to imagine how the bigger chested people feel wearing this bra . I would imagine an XL bra would come with appropriate pads. I took them out as soon as I tried the bra on. The bottom of the bra also rolls up quite a lot when just lounging around making it just uncomfortable to wear. Better than regular bras? No way. My underwire bra is much more comfortable. I have no clue if this is because I got a size too big or small but I followed the size guide. Don't waste your money on this especially after they try to stuff "deals" into your mouth after buying an item, more than 50% off the fake discount already placed on the item you bought. Customer service is also non existent. Do.Not.Buy.
EDIT: Got an email saying my order was refunded without any prior emails from the company saying they will do so. Just happy to have the money back. Hoping the company improves in the future with their products and size guide as an XL for a 36D was, I suspect, too big and the root of the issues mentioned in this review.

Comfy bra, nice for relaxed day in. Not sure I would wear out. Bra fits well apart from the cups inside move a little when wearing. Overall comfy and smooth.
