I got the Pippa maxi, and it's even prettier in person! The fabric flows so nicely, and it's super flattering. Wore it to a wedding, and got sooo many compliments. Def getting more from Heychic!

Heychic does not refund a purchase when the item has been returned. You will get a gift card only, which is less that the amount you paid for the item, meaning you have to spend more money with them to receive any refund benefit. Shopper beware. I won't be ordering from this business again.

I've been looking for a Sabina top like this for ages! The quality is much better than you find in most shops. Now I want the whole collection!

Bought the dress - looks nice on a hanger inside but the material is very thin and almost see-throgh in the light (which is not ideal.... not for the price tag!!)

You would need to wear a dress or full peticoat under the dress.......

The style is no good if you have more than a B cup. For a size 14 this is not a good cut as it does not sit under the bust it cuts into the bust.

I'm not sure what to do with it but it is disappointing.

I purchased a pair of wide leg pants and adore them, quality and fit was beautiful. Have since purchased another pair. Very happy and I get many compliments when I wear them

2nd purchase and this time a bulk purchase. Bought another 2 more Ric Rag dressesl Heychic didn't fail me. Order arrived within stipulated 15days (for international delivery) despite X'mas and New Year festivities.
But this time there were stains on 2 of the dresses. Luckily I was able to remove the stain on one dress. Bt the other seemed to be stained during its colouring.
I hope Heychibcan do more quality checks to maintain its good service.

This company sent me a dress that looked nothing like the pic. When I went to return it, they charged me a handling fee which meant that of my $68, I only got $45 back. On top of this, I can only have a gift voucher for their misleading images on their website. This website is a con, do not buy clothes from them.

I ordered 2 dresses which I decided after a couple of weeks were just too big.
I wanted to return both dresses unworn with tags still attached but because I didn’t have the clear plastic bags they came in the wouldn’t accept my return!
It also took over a week for customer service to reply to me.
I will not be purchasing again and I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone.

I had to return my dress and wanted a refund but I received a credit. Not happy with that at all. I’m not game to order anything else.

I ordered a shirt with the Order number Chic40430 and get a complete wrong dress, not a shirt. I wrote to the customer service and did not get an answer. I was trying to send it back but could not print the return label it says wrong address. I received the parcel on this address. Today a was looking of the return website and there it says parcel returned.
Crazy the parcel is still with me.
What kind of company is this?
I Order a lot of things online but a have never experienced something like that. A Ishame to treat customer like that.

This is the review for the last dress I purchased (Avalira Green Floral Toile Puff Sleeve Mini Dress) which I tried to post on their website but it never appeared there, guess they don't approve negative reviews.
The top of the dress is too puffy, and the bottom is completely see-through. I initially ordered a different dress, but it was entirely sheer, which was incredibly frustrating—who even wears/designs dresses like that? I returned it, but instead of a refund, the store only issued me a store credit as per their policy. I used the credit along with additional money, to purchase this dress, but unfortunately, it was also disappointing. I ended up keeping it because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it again and lose more money on return shipping costs. I don't think I'll ever wear it though. Their excuse for a high return cost is that they need to do it to keep their prices low. Hope they know that the price is not low if the quality is poor but instead it makes it very expensive for what you get.

The store credit policy is frustrating because it feels like I’m being forced to spend money on items I don’t like. All online stores offer refunds, but this one doesn’t, which is a first for me and I shop a lot online. It’s disappointing and makes me regret ordering in the first place. I definitely won’t be shopping here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Be aware of the return handling fee of $11.95. By the time you’ve paid postage both ways and the fee, you’re out of pocket almost $30.
The quality was poor and sizing small in the dress I ordered but the cost to return, I felt negated that option. Will donate.
