My experience with HeyCasino, HappySlots, and Prontobet, all operated by SpectraWeb Service SRL and Everedge Marketing Solutions SRL, has been extremely disappointing and alarming.
After playing for a long period, my accounts were suddenly restricted and large amounts of money were confiscated retroactively, even though:
My accounts remained fully active,
I was allowed to continue wagering normally,
Several withdrawals were approved and paid,
No warning or restriction was applied at the relevant time.
Only after a long delay did these casinos decide to reclassify previously valid funds as “invalid” and remove them from my balances.
This approach shifts the consequences of the operator’s own delayed enforcement entirely onto the player.
From a player’s perspective, this is neither transparent nor fair.
If rules or limits exist, they must be applied in real time, not weeks later after allowing normal play and withdrawals.
What is most concerning is that this behavior is repeated across multiple brands run by the same companies, using the same terms and the same treatment of players.
Based on my experience, I cannot consider this operator group trustworthy, and I strongly advise other players to be extremely cautious.
