Worst Support and No Resolution
I have been unable to withdraw my earnings since July 2026. I contacted the support team several times, but every time I received the same response: that my issue had been escalated to the technical team and they were waiting for an update. However, they never explained what the actual problem was or when it would be resolved.
What is even more disappointing is that they don't seem to understand how frustrating it is for a user to wait for months without any solution or clear explanation.
No platform should take this long to resolve an issue without providing a proper explanation or a real solution. This kind of support will definitely cause users to lose trust in the platform.
After waiting for months, I have decided to give up and move on. Based on my personal experience, if you ever face a withdrawal issue on HeyCash, don't expect the issue to be resolved. You may end up receiving the same repeated responses without a clear explanation or a real solution.

Extreme payouts drop for long-term loyal users – total waste of time!
I used to find this app reasonable, but after building up a 200+ day streak and hitting high levels, the app has turned into absolute rubbish.
Long-term loyal users are being offered insulting payouts like 14p–19p for 20 to 28 minutes of time, and you still get constantly screened out mid-survey after answering unpaid questions. It’s a complete time waste designed around gamified "streaks" to force people to keep grinding for pennies. Avoid if you value your time!
Update: Received a copy-paste response pretending this is a 'survey delay' issue. It’s not a delay—it’s long-term accounts being offered 14p for 20-minute surveys. Standard generic reply avoiding the actual issue."

Hey Cash is owned by prime surveys . Watch out for casino offers I had 2/3 with this app not issue supposedly due to tracking. They don't fix anything.
