Would give 5* up until recently.
Completed an offer which meant I had to spend money in order to complete.
They have not paid out for the offer and I’ve had a ticket open for 2 weeks which is “with a specialist team”.
Nothing specialist about a team that takes two weeks to verify the simplest of information. I have provided screenshots of proof that I completed the offer and still they have not paid.
Previously everything was paid in a timely manner.

Misleading to say the least.
The amounts you can make are misleading. Sometimes game progress isn't even tracked (even when accessing game through the app & waiting 72 hrs for it to update). Everyone knows you won't get rich from it but ads are misleading. Then when you get far enough in some games to get better payouts, game is designed to slow your progress to a snails pace (unfair)... I've been able to cash out about $30 & this is from playing A LOT.

When I first start using heycash they were really good they gave out bonuses and everything else. Then all of a sudden I noticed that would start missing goals on certain games the higher I went into the categories the first few times I didn’t say nothing. I just let it slide. They told me don’t trust that source anymore paying money on it and then they gave me two dollars a $20 prize so I went back to playing very small, not putting any effort into any games past the first first couple of those very disappointed in them I decided to give one shot on a offer where you put $15 in on this casino game and wager your first wager and get back $26 . Of course three goals two of them were no win money goals. They’re just accomplishing to get to the third goal to win the $26. So basically three goals first two goals didn’t give you no money you got third goal accomplished you get $26. Well, of course I accomplished that ain’t got nothing and I sent him an email about it. They responded back to me with things that they needed that were ridiculous too. They wanted so much stuff I to prove by me, you don’t need all that literally wanted wanted me to jump the hoops and give them like five types of proof for the transactiono ridiculous again at the end of it guess what response I gotp I don’t pay you why I support an app that doesn’t pay their customers. Your name is behind it not theirs. It says hey cash I didn’t sign up for whatever the third-party was but I’m sure you got it somewhere in a little bit of writing protect yourself. It’s OK. You just screw people over I’ma. Make sure everybody knows this. They can try to save themselves. You’re dishonest you’re dishonest and you cheat. You may have customer spend money thinking they’re gonna get a price and then shut them down and then you stretch them out over periods of days making them wait even longer to tell him that they can get

Didn't pay for completed survey.
This company starts out okay until you have an issue and then they will just stop paying you for completed surveys even then you get the "Thank you for completing our survey" message. They just make excuses and will never credit you money even though you completed their surveys. Don't waste your time doing their cheap surveys. They are just here to rip us all off...... As you can see by their response below, they are just full of excuses and have no intention in assisting you. Their responses are from automated bots. They blame the client, the survey and talk about restarting the app and clearing your app. This company is a joke.

Only real complaint that always pisses me off is that when doing some surveys, sometimes it will screen you out after you spent almost an hour doing the survey due to many factors or even do a whole survey without getting screened out but the page glitches, and it either doesn’t pay you at all and you are forced to exit, or getting screened out at most gives you 5 cents, even if you spent a large amount of time, which is very irritating and a huge waste of time. Other than that, it really does pay, and pays decently fast as well. I would recommend!
