Been using this website for nearly 2 years.
I found that multiple paid games were not being paid out.
Such as signing up to online gambling establishments.
I recorded and captured multiple pieces of proof from my paid offers that were completed.
I sent them to Heycash support which showed I paid for the offer and completed the offer and they still refuse to pay out.
Actually spending money on a paid offer,
I do not care about then not paying with the proof in front of them because their very bad tracker doesn't work.
Who do I report this to Legally to get these investigated?
I haven't used the site since been scammed out of 3 casino paid offers.
Nearly over 100 euro of rewards unpaid by free cash.
It's the only website that hasn't given my rewards on paid offers.
What's funnier is I've been paid out on other paid offers on this site so it's selective on what they want and don't want to pay out.
Be careful with your money here and most of all be very careful with your data.
Actual fraud criminal behaviour should be held legally accountable for ripping users off.

Already contacted multiple times you offered no resolution and sometimes the chat would be completely unrelated one guy from support talking about cyber security procedures like he was in work can't make this stuff up.

I have cashed out in small amounts $2, $5 several times and it's quick, I like them because they allow small amount cashout and no other sites so that.
The survey's are way longer than advertised, 10m survey takes approximately 20+ minutes and most $2.00 + survey's you don't meet eligiblity if you are African American? (reason I gave 4 stars)
Then the surveys you spend over 20m or complete and don't pay or say not eligible is truly a rip off because the site gets paid.
Overall, time and patience.

I haven't been able to withdraw my prize for seven months now. I’ve reported the issue via email, but their responses offer no solution for resolving my account's withdrawal problem; they just keep saying the matter is "under review." How is it possible that an issue like this remains unresolved after seven months? Are the technical team members not experts in their field? This company is truly bizarre.

Completely legit! I've tried many paying apps by far HeyCash pays the most. Games that I enjoy playing. Only downside is if you complete a high paying task a 7 day verification is needed for the payment to be withrawn. I don't mind the wait as long as I get paid. Scam company, STAY AWAY..90% SCREENOUT RATES.. Almost every survey is much longer than advertised. Today alone had five "3" minute surveys that took over 20+ minutes. I'm constantly finishing surveys and not getting paid. The biggest issue? THEIR F RATED CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never seen a bigger collection of idiots and scammers. They are completely worthless. They do nothing to help or resolve an issue. Nothing. They use some embarrassing pre-written script that most of the time doesn't even match thr issue, then the other half of the time they blame some mythical third party for the issue. Zero accountability or integrity. I report this company daily to the FTC, FBI, Attorney Generals Office, and the BBB.
