Our family has been in the fun and treats business for over a generation, so each Hey Candy product is bursting with experience as well as flavour. Magic!

Candy was okay
Candy was okay, wasn’t amazing though. Strawberry pencils weren’t as good as ones you get from grocery store and the sugar from them spread all over the other types of candy. I wouldn’t buy again but would recommend maybe buying one of the pouches where you decide what types you get!! Overall wasn’t too bad.

It was difficult to make the order…
It was difficult to make the order using the link given as a gift. We had to request physical gift cards. When we tried to use the gift cards at checkout they wouldn't work. So we had to contact Help yet again and were told to use the gift cards as credit cards. Whole process took weeks.

Regarding using the gift cards on our website, we have since added a One4All section on our FAQ page which outlines the process for using the voucher on our website. This should hopefully make this process easier for customers in the future. The gift card section on our website only relates to our Hey Candy gift cards. We can fully understand how this process could have been frustrating and can see that you had spoke to one of our customer service team who managed to get you sorted. Lovely fresh sweets
Lovely fresh sweets. Great value for money and wonderful selection. Arrived a little melted the bag if budge pieces had become one big mixed fudge as it had melted and become super sticky but it was during heatwave and little Hey Candy could do to control that.
