They are legal, I say this as someone who was like "no way this is real". Well, not only is legal, is cheaper and fast.

Excellent service, NO BS
I made a reasonable gamble with my first purchase of $30 mostly to take care of all my hextech keys I had just hanging out and sure enough, every 24 hours I'm getting my chests and couldn't be happier. Service as fast as the client allows it and no shady stuff on their site. I will be back for more TFT stuff, great doing business with them!
